First lure I ever bought was a frog colored jitterbug. I still have it in my box. My first bass on a lure was caught on a Rat-L-Trap. It was barely bigger then the trap, but it hooked me for life!!

For my go to confidence plastic would be a Strike King 4.5 inch coffee tube. It has caught so many fish for me, I always have one tied on. But like a lot of people said, it's hard to pick one brand. Culprit, Reaction Innovations, Rage Tail it's hard to pick just one. I recently picked up some Missle Baits, the D stroyer and D bomb and they look great!!!

I'm a big fan of the live target bull frog color. It's very realistic and a great action. The belly is yellow. If you want a very soft frog, reaction innovations makes one that's real soft but I never used it so I couldn't tell you about the action. It is on the lighter side for the weight which in not a huge fan of. Another bait to check out isn't a frog but pretty close. Live target makes a top water sunfish and I'm pretty excited to use!!!
