Gander mountain dont pay minimum wage. I was about apply for a job at BPS and chose not too. I work at k-mart and I'm 17 I dont even make minimum wage, but I cant work overtime or nothing. But grocery stores and fast food are usualyl the people that get minimum wages for our age, because they are that cheap.

I'm vent a little, I'm 17 years old and work part-time at k-mart. I usually works in stock and stuff. Before K-mart I worked as a merchandiser for flowers, but I had get k-mart job for when school start back because of I couldn't work at flowers while in school. Anyway, I was working register today I had 5 people to ask me what price are as I scan them to make sure it still cheap. Folks nothing is miss priced at my k-mart. One guy came to register gave me 2 cans of intake cleaner or something that cleans up engine you just spray into it and stuff and it rung up 14.92 or something like that and he said "your crazy", and just walk out of the store. They are priced at 6.98 a piece plus tax. For god sake read the price and just buy one. Then another old lady bought a two box of shoes and only one was on clearence because it was last size we had and other wasn't and she got mad and was like both are suppose be on clearence. Then she walked out. Stupid people. So morale of my post READ THE PRICE BEFORE YOU COME TO REGISTER!!! If not, I will slap with you the price sticker!!

Burley was dead on. Not to mention they gotta pay the guys that working their butt off putting milk in store. I have lot of respect for vendors. I've worked with bread man before way they work they deserve more money. Milk guys same way. Doing all that work can put a toll on you and sometimes the money isn't enough because america is bunch lazy people complaining about prices. I still buy premium brand milk at 5.00 a gallon. It last me a week then I buy another one. SOme old woman bought 3 half gallon milk because it cheaper then a gallon according to her, and if you add up those 3 it cost more then a gallon of milk. It amazing how people are thinking these days.
