  1. If it wasn't for the Chinese, North Korea wouldn't be threaten us today.
  2. I heard it fun to use the show as a drinking game. Everytime they mention kid, you get a drink, if the kids cry you get a drink, and some other things I cannot remember. I never heard of the show until I heard about the game above. I have never participate in the game above. These reality shows are really buggin' me. > and I don't even watch them! Just stupid fads and trends.

Hey Catt and Sam, One of the guys from my college Kyle Kooenman (sp) he will be playing baseball at LSU next year. He was NJCAA All-American and set my school record in homerun. My community college Walters-State is a power perennial in baseball. Our starting pitcher transfer to Tennessee. Matt, he was probably thinking softball. ;D Which had 3 SEC schools in their world series. I like women college world series softball. No shame in it.
  9. I wear two hearing aids that I had since I was 6 years old. Without them, I can hear bombs and guns going off, but I cannot hear people conversing. With them on, I can hear people talking around me, but I cannot make out what they are saying unless I'm starring at them paying 100% attention. In another word I could be in a bathroom stall, and there could be two terrorist in next stall talking at normal voice level about a new terrorist attack and I wouldn't even know it. It not a big deal, I learn to live with it. When ever I'm out on lake on a boat or driving I'm always on alert, because if I hear slightest sound I do not know what it is. So I'm constantly looking around like a cat wandering around yard looking out for dogs. (this disability has given me some form of ADD where I like let my mind wander off. ) Only thing that sucks being hearing impairment is insurance..they will not cover cost of new hearing aids or anything like that. If you're born with it, you are SOL. I didn't start wearing them until I was 6, but when you are a toddler doctors cannot always determine if your impaired or your speeches haven't fully developed. Anyway, back on topic. I hate it when senior citizen or anyone for that matter make a complete stop in turning lane, then turn into a parking lot. > I'm talking about the right lane by the way.... Left Lane for traveling right lane for turning into parking lots..
  10. When I took my license test, I read a statistic that hearing impair people like me, have a safer driving record. We tend to be more alert to our surrounding because one of our senses are hampered. This is state of Tennessee by the way. This just might be true, I'm 19 years old been driving since I was 15, have yet to have a speeding ticket (pulled over twice in two different counties let off with a warning) or a wreck. Hearing doesn't affect your driving, but blindness can.
  11. I'm same way right now. In high school I never had this problem, but in college is whole different story. I need to start writing out a diet plan (eating healthy and right) and find time to go ride my mountain bike and do simple exercise. I've been skipping breakfast pretty much since college started. I sometime eat a small or big lunch (depends if I got money) and I eat at home and again late in the evening. I have either been too tired to go fishing, had no money for gas, or had a lot to study for. I haven't been fishing since last week of May. I am fishing on Father's Day, so I better get some studying done.
  12. I've been to Jamaica. I was there for my senior trip. Ocho Rio, Jamaica. Good times! Hey man, if you see a rastafarian yelling at a stop sign..it best to leave him alone. (not kidding, send me a PM if your interested in some stories.) St. Augustine one of my favorite place in Florida. I've been to lighthouse I was tempted to drop a penny off of the lighthouse after I read the "no penny throwing off lighthouse." ;D I would like to live in Vilano Beach one day.
  13. Rhino, glad to see I'm not only one scratching my head about Postal Service. ;D
  14. Better yet, take it to a mental health building..I'm sure there is a group of people in there with anger management issues that are willing donate few bucks to beat the hell out of a car.
  15. Actually, it worked perfectly considering it's called a "Delivery confirmation number." They don't advertise that as a tracking number. It shouldn't spelled out "tracking number" when sellers send me emails. :
  16. If there a farm pond in area, could I suggest kiddie tournament in the pond? See if you can talk the farm owner into letting each fish harvest a proportion of money goes back to preschool. Let the farmer know it can be consider charity and he can receive a higher tax refund for this. It never hurts to introduce kids to fishing. Or you can host a fishing tournament on big lake and have 50% of donation go towards preschool fund. Have some sponsors to help out with prizes and put up some of entry fees toward purse and remaining can go toward preschool. While hosting the tournament you can have the $7.00 a plate BBQ or something for fishermen after the tournament.
  17. I wasn't trying to hurt your feelings old man. My point is that you expect everyone to believe you as a source when Wikipedia is as good as any source out there. If you've ever looked at Wikipedia then you would know that authors most of time list their sources at the bottoms of the pages. All you have to do is click on the links, and there is your source. It's not magic, and its not all made up. I tried that argument with academia. Eventually some people (not me) just used the link at bottom of page. : But then again, not every source has direct links. There are still articles on there that are has a foot note next to it saying "citation requires"...
  18. Preach4bass, if you cite this site properly on academic paper, then this web site would be consider a source. Wikipedia, however, will not be. I've argued with these professors, they will not accepted it. I know a guy in my Comp. I class went to Wikipedia, and clicked on links at bottom and used that link as his source. :-X Now, me? If someone shows me Wikipedia, I'm not going to accept it. I rather them do the research the hard way. Many professor believes if you use source outside Wikipedia, finding information hard way, you tend to learn better. It work wonder for me. For one of my research paper on OPEC I learned many things using multiple sources. I would not have learn that much if I try to use Wikipedia. Just a thought of the day.
  19. Well, America was found on immigration.
  20. Below that message it said: Carrier: United Postal Service Tracking number: bunch random numbers. That why I was confused..Oh well.
  21. Until you can prove they "SOLD" the books I'm continue to say they gave it out as charity. http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/columns/story?columnist=maisel_ivan&id=4252254 I'm looking forward for the team to move on. Saban should have them mentally focus on the task at hand rather than all this negativeness. P.S. If you look at some of Alabama players roster, some of the town they are from are not exactly "wealthy". Some of 'em came from dirt poor neighbor and the scholarship was their only way out. The argument "they came from rich neighborhood they do not need scholarship" is a very old and tiring argument.
  22. Nah, he gave me a tracking number. What can I say, I'm spoil by UPS and Fed-Ex.
  23. I order my calculus book from an authorized seller on Barnes & Nobles website. I made order yesterday morning and by end of day I got email from seller stating my order has been shipped. He provided me tracking number from USPS : and I went to track it..the USPS claim this number doesn't exist. So I waited another day for system to update and be refresh, today it still shows the tracking number doesn't exist. This is actually 3rd time USPS has done this to me when I've order online from a seller using post office. All 3 times the package actually showed up to my door, but UPS and Fed Ex has me spoil on watching my package leave each warehouse. I asked my friend about this, and he said "every once in awhile the post office tracking system would work, but not always." Anyone work for the post office and would like to clarified this?
  24. Playing with any player that shouldn't be eligible to play is called cheating. When Alabama first discovered this, several players were suspended for 4 games. (pretty much the remainder of the season) This kind of infraction has nothing to do with their grades, therefore, doesn't effect the eligibility of their status to play on the gridiron. Oh well, I'll just sit back and watch Alabama football move on when season start September 5th. Anyone know what a Hokie is? :-?
  25. They cannnot lose games because bunch players gave textbook to students. Come on, they was just doing charitable work to their fellow students who wasn't on scholarship. It not like they pulled Florida State. : Some people just hate Alabama and will not grow up. Whoever said SEC has to cheat to win. There no cheating involved here, they just gave a textbook to a student who wasn't on scholarship. This kind of thing is highly unrelated to the football field.
