  1. Broken code. Or you got a virus. Or both.
  2. I got Starbucks so I'm safe to touch the keyboard.
  3. I think the complaint is that NFL doesn't releases enough tickets at face values. (Someone have chime in and on what the face value is or do some googling.) Then the 2nd party take what's available and apply whatever prices they can to get it off their hand. I don't know how much NFL charges 2nd parties to buy them. I've paid 200 bucks for two college football tickets and the face values were around 50-60 bucks a piece. It a weird lawsuit, I don't know how it going to have merit. They cited some fraud law and I know nothing about State of New Jersey laws... I just thought the damage he was seeking was hilarious. A $100 million bucks for tickets that probably cost in mid-hundreds at its cheapest.. Man, Alabama/LSU or Alabama/Auburn tickets has fetched for those prices where average people couldn't afford them...
  4. What your point? Gooddell still has pay federal income taxes on his earnings. It just the nfl itself doesn't. It not like millions spent on salaries are tax exempted.
  5. I don't think people understands what non-profit means. It doesn't mean the NFL cannot make a profit, it means the owners cannot take profits out of the businesses. I think it's United Way, maybe? The CEO of United Way makes like $1 million bucks in compensation. The organization has TONS of money, they just cannot take it out of the organization and pay it in form of dividends like traditional corporations. That really the primary difference between non-profits and profit organization. And its tax status.
  6. I'm bored at work.... Check these stories out: http://espn.go.com/new-york/nfl/story/_/id/10258647/fan-sues-nfl-claims-super-bowl-ticket-prices-too-expensive Let say for argumentative sake that the NFL was really being unfair in ticket allocation. Let say the guy has a case, but how is it the NFL's fault that secondary sellers are the one pricing and selling out these tickets?!?! Even then how is it worth $100 millions in damages... It's not like the NFL destroyed his properties, and defrauded him out of millions... Check this clown out from Ohio State who plans to sue the Big Ten: http://espn.go.com/college-football/story/_/id/10258208/noah-spence-ohio-state-buckeyes-suspended-testing-positive-ecstasy He had his suspension in the first appeal reduced to 3 games vs. an entire season. 2nd appeal gets denied, so they're going to sue for what?!?!
  7. I guess Winston gets his way, always.
  8. Now you know the pain that us bama fans dealt with the last couple years...
  9. Then what the point of even getting an iPhone? iOS is the biggest reason why I have it... Apple keeps their stuff closed for a reason. I have more software issues with open source stuff vs. closed source. Maybe that just my experience... My battery last awhile, I haven't met an android phone to do any better.. It all how you manage background app. For those of you with an iPhone complaining of battery, try this: Setting>General>Background App Refresh> At this point you can see what apps being refreshed constantly in the background, you can manage them or turn it all off. My is completely turned off. Also, I periodically double tape the home button and swipe up to turn off app that been used recently. Doing this has kept my battery going awhile.
  10. 94 bucks a barrel. Same price as it is every where.
  11. Someone must have drunk too much tequila.
  12. What about a satchel? Indiana Jones carried one.
  13. Tried Elijah Craig for first time last night, it's alright with two ice cubes in it. It gets smoother lol.
  14. I love cooking over wood. I got a brick fire pit to cook meat over wood.
  15. Just Jack n Coke. It was happy hours and it was $3, so I was like eh screw it. I keep the good stuff at home and drink whatever is on special be it beer or mixed drinks at restaurants. I'm just weird like that. The best mix drink I've had involving bourbon, is this one restaurant's specialty. It called Bordeaux Bourbon. It usually $8 a drink, but during happy hour it's $5. It consist of: Maker's Mark, Bordeaux cherries, St. Germain, and ginger ale.
  16. I had this 8 ounce center cut filet that was aged 21 days in the restaurant's own aging room. It was hands down the best steak I ever had. I ordered it medium and it was so tender and amazing. P.S. apparently I had stuff on the camera lens and didn't realized it until I uploaded it onto here. Eh, well.
  17. I'd like a glass of Pappy.. Maybe one day I'll be lucky enough to get my paws on one.
  18. Free speech only protects you from the government. It doesn't protect you from your boss and public criticisms.
  19. The show has to be at least 90% scripted anyway....
  20. I'll check them out!
  21. In his defense, not all beer and bourbon tastes the same but it very difficult to remember each ones. I highly doubt people's taste bud and memory can store the exact taste of every brands out there. There not a vast difference between low-end to mid-range bourbon. Just a very small slight difference that most people cannot tell.
  22. Makers Mark and Woodford Reserve are the best everyday drinks. Basil Hayden is pretty good as well. If you're on a small budget Old Forester has to be the best of cheap bourbon. Since the holiday is here, apple pie moonshine is the best holiday drink. (Moonshine basically unaged bourbon. ) I prefer Scotch that old enough to order its own scotch. It has different taste to it than corn whisky. However, the past week I been drinking 4 years old aged brandy that not going to live to see its 5th birthday. Paul Masson aged brandy is very good! I got a bottle from my cousin as a birthday gift;I finally cracked the bottle open and was very surprised with its drinkability and it doesn't burn either at 80 proof. Edit: On my birthday I had a 1999 edition Rocky Patel cigar paired with McClelland Highland scotch, it was amazing.
  23. The only thing they're waiting is for the university system to approve it.
