  1. For those of you that have played the game, I'm kind of stuck in that pool in the canal where the hole is few feet above the water. I'm trying stack up all the barrels to climb on top of then jump into the hole..Do you just keep trying stack the barrels up or what? :-?
  2. I'm not a computer whiz, but are you meeting ALL the computer requirement to run them? I first downloaded the Steam package on my old computer which required few upgrades to meet the minimum requirement, but that was 6 years ago, my laptop surpassed them all. It ran fine for me last night.
  3. I have all the sources, but I'm just going download regular Day of Defeat and Half-Life 2. Counter strike:Source and Day of Defeat:Source is just too big. I still have 50GB of space left on my laptop, but still. Nothing wrong with little classic. ;D I just need find my mouse with USB port connection. P.S. The Half-Life 2 campaign is really fun. ;D Haven't played it since it first came out. Been quite some time.
  4. Any Half-Life 2 fans on here? I'm downloading Half-life 2 and Day of Defeat as we speak. Since xbox is gone, I need some stress reliever. Something about blowing crap out of Japanese teenagers on Xbox Live help with stress. ;D I never did finish the Half-Life 2 campaign, and if I recall it was one of the hardest campaign of any video games I've played. Day of Defeat just one awesome multiplayer game. That help me with Call of Duty withdrawal. ;D
  5. If Cutcliffe gets hire, I will giggle. The comic tragedy of Tennessee continues. ;D He never won anything significant as a head coach....
  6. Video and photo on the pages http://www.wbir.com/news/local/story.aspx?storyid=110451&catid=2 Video on this one http://www.wbir.com/video/default.aspx?bctid=61546613001 I always knew Knoxville was full of barbarians. I live 30 miles from UT campus.
  7. Last night when Kiffin tried to leave the football complex, students and football players created a mob scene outside the complex. Chanting "f you, Kiffin!" and many other things. Lot of my high school classmates goes to UT and of course I got lot of UT fans on my facebook and everybody status is related to cursing out Kiffin. hah.
  8. I'm still waiting for USC to get slap with probation. Then I can really laugh at this. ;D
  9. I wash my hands before I go to the bathroom. Gotta keep my units clean.
  10. I don't understand why everyone thinks CPAs are all taxes. A friend of mine asked me the other day what would a CPA do when it not tax season. Seriously? : I guess it a stereotype I have to live with if I ever pass the exam.
  11. I've caught plenty of good fish on Cherokee. Douglas I've racked up some numbers, but it doesn't impress me. If water was full pool year round it might be better. But the raw sewage spilled in Cherokee last year didn't really help. Biggest problem I had with TVA waters is the lake level. Last spring was first time I've fished Cherokee and Douglas with full pool in long time. I've done well for size of fish by flipping jigs into those laydowns. I think October there was a tournament on Cherokee the daily bag was 9 pounds in a field of 50 boats. A BFL league fish it and didn't produce a bag over 13 pounds in one day. It just hard to fish that lake consistently...Playing water level can be tough than it sounds. Oh, and the BFL I think 3 or 4 guys had a 5 fish limit out of 100 some boats.
  12. I live in East Tennessee between shores of Cherokee and Douglas lake. Within an hour of Ft. Loudon. I'm not that impressed. Also I'm near Watuga Lake. If it was me I picked North Alabama or Mobile, Alabama. Perhaps Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. But since Florida out of question I'd pick Alabama. Add me to the list of Tennessee guys.
  13. http://maps.google.com/maps?q=Florence%2C%20Alabama&oe=utf-8&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&hl=en&tab=wl Look for yourself. Wheeler, Wilson, and Pickwick literally on shores of Florence. It divided up by locks. Wheeler I believe if I'm not mistaken is 2nd largest lake in state of Alabama. Guntersville is 1st. P.S. I almost went to UNA in Florence for this very reason, but I ended up at ETSU. lol.
  14. Florence, Alabama. Wilson Lake, Pickwick Lake, Guntersville lake, Wheeler lake, and Weiss lake are all withing hour radius. Wilson, Wheeler are on the shore of Florence. Guntersville and Weiss be furthest drive compare to other 3. Not to mention you are about 2 hours from start of the Coosa River chain which is famous for is spotted bass. You haven't lived until you caught a Coosa River spotted bass. Not to mention Pickwick lake is loaded with Tennessee River smallmouth.
  15. You know, these home shop tax preparer are now being regulated by the IRS. People that just puts a sign on their lawn saying they will do taxes are now subjected to IRS's tax exams. H&R Block fully backs this billed. I have to agree with it myself. For me, I used TaxActs the last two years. Never used Turbo, so I don't know how it compares.
  16. I was wondering why the Alabama's Offense Coordinator was telling ESPN that AJ McCarron (our freshmen back up) would be ready to play if something happen to McElroy..What he said it, sounded like he was expecting McElroy come off the field.. Props to Texas for not going away when they could have easily went down. Good Game. Roll tide roll. Now, Where is Matt Fly? I think he owes me a fishing trip. ;D ;D
  17. Dear Texas Fans, Colt McCoy's absence has nothing to do with all them missed tackles. Ingram, Richardson, Upchurch, we will run around you or through you, however you please. Enjoy the rest of the game. Hopefully Bama will continue to control the rest of game and ride it out to victory.
  18. Alabama's stadium going to be top 5 biggest in country starting next fall. The expansion is suppose bring 100,000 seats. Total? That would still be 6th biggest according to Wikipedia. It be 102,000 and changes plus new skybox. I did quick google, it going add 10,000 new seats plus skybox. Only stadiums I can think off off top of my head in the 100,000 range is Penn state, Tenn (Which I've been too twice), Michigan, and I think Ohio State.. So that make Alabama a top 5 right?
  19. Alabama's stadium going to be top 5 biggest in country starting next fall. The expansion is suppose bring 100,000 seats.
  20. Here a nice article for pregame. http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/bowls09/news/story?id=4801782 I don't like sport writers claiming Alabama going dominate Texas. It gives Texas more motivation they do not need. ;D
  21. Could have taken it to your bank and not get charge at all...Lot of banks charge people for cashing checks if they do not have an account with the bank. P.S. My bank has a sign in the lobby and drive-thru that states this policy.
  22. http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/bowls09/columns/story?columnist=maisel_ivan&id=4799484 Alabama linemen are showing a lot of respect to Texas O-line. Rolando McClain suffered a stomach virus earlier this week and missed practice, but is reported to be feeling better and is expected to play. Which is good news.
  23. The problem with that is, USC thought they was invincible, Alabama, if you read media transcript, they don't have that attitude.
  24. I wonder if that Haitian Voodoo witch made it to Pasadena yet. I got her trying get all the jinx and curse out of Alabama. ;D
