My sophomore year we had several bomb threats and spent whole day at the local expo center. I told them this is false imprisonment. They should've sent us home it would've been safer. I mean the bomb threat could've been part of plan to get everyone at expo center. The expo center basically like a basketball arena so everyone all out in open like that a gunner or terrist or whatever could've easily spray bunch machine gun rounds at everyone. But ya, dude. It just crazy and pointless. We had few bomb threats here, but they never found no device or any thing. However a friend of mine who loves to play paintball went paintballing all weekend came to school left an airsoft gun, paintball gun, and something eles in his car somebody tip off the school secruity and now he at a private school in virgina last I heard. He harmless kid. I know him well, his mom works and voluneteer at the churches and stuff he a great kid but he just left his paintball gun in his car. He forgot about it being in a trunk. It just happens. It quiet sad.

It your body, I mean your trying to honor your dad. What wrong with that? It not like your having tattoos all over your body and tattoo dont make you a bad person. But hey just my two cent.

I'm from a small town in Alabama, I lived in country side, I learn to deal and ignore bugs, but snakes I just alway try to kill them when I see them, I just dont like being around them.

Haven't missed the playoffs since 1993, and we just got through the first month of baseball. I would be shocked to see them not make it. What I mean, They alway make playoff, but somehow they'll choke and it'll cost them a world series ring. >. I just hope it dont happen this year. Hudson and smoltz are both off to a great start. Hopefully this can continue and the bat can stay hot and maybe Braves Vs Red sox in world series. We'll see. Like you said we just got done with first month of baseball. It got plenty of baseball left.

Man my braves has sudden lost the firepower in offense. This rookie pitcher had like 4 strikeout in 3 inning, but he also already giving up two homeruns. >. AHHH. Driving me nuts. By way this pitcher anthony lerew is making his major league debut tonight, not off to a bad start, but those 2 homeruns made me upset.

Right on dude! When I see a bee I dont get anxiety attack or anything, but I'd like dodge it and try to avoid it because I hate being stung, But if I see a snake I go crazy.

Exactly, Wal-mart can control your price, because they think they own everything. Nobody makes much money at wal-mart in any industry. If you put bread in there, you wont make a lot, they do price by scan. One of reason I dont like wal-mart, granted wal-mart great for getting you products out because vast amount of people that go there, but it they are too cheap which mean you wont make your money.

I think yankee need to quit buying big shot players that not going to help their cause. They need players that have desired to win other then making 20 million dollars a year. Just my 2 cent. They sure as heck aint showing it right now.

I wish saban could bring ron zook to Alabama, ron zook not the best coach in the world, but by god that man can bring in high recruit. He recruited the Florida national championship team, urban myer just coached them. Ron Zook also bought some high quality recruits to Illinois, he just simiply cant coach. I heard ron zook used to be a fantastic salesman, they say he could sell sand to saudi arbaia. Oh I cant wait to see what major applewhite going to do to john parker he the same fella that coached vince young.

That was greatest thing I ever read. I'm praise you. Hibachi, I was born at DCH regional hospital. I was basically born a bama fan! For those of you that dont know where DCH is, it right on UA campus. According to mom the hosptial room I was in you could see bryant denny stadium. I for some reason cant watch no football game unless Alabama is playing, if it aint bama, i cant watch it. I can get little emotional during a Bama football game. Since we moved from Tuscaloosa, to Morristown, Tn (30 miles from UT campus) I get lot of crap about being a bama fan. But nick saban ticked me off about one thing. He got rid of joe kines. That man was a defensive genius. If the defense crap out this year because of new coordinator I'm be madder then a nest full of hornet. Brandon Fanney one of Alabama defensive linemen is from same high school I'm currently at. The football coach at my high school went to county high and played for bear bryant at Alabama. Now lets talk about Southern Cal, 3 years ago when Auburn went underfeated before I say this, I truly hate auburn with passion, but the year they went underfeated and miss out on the National Title to play USC. USC would've gotten beat worse then Ohio state. Media just wanted USC to have an easy victory. I mean SEC defense would destory southern cal. Heck the Alabama defense 2 years ago with demeco ryans could've destory USC. That defense was fast and intense. It was greatest defense I ever saw. (in 1992 i was only like 2 or 3 years old and of course I wasn't alive during the bear bryant era.) All I'm saying is put USC against Alabama, LSU, Flordia, and Georgia, week in and week out they wouldn't stand a chance. Arkansas was a fluke. Granted they had a talent running back and a stout defense of line, but hey Alabama beat arkansas if it wasn't for that kicker. >. But hey I'm looking forward to football season. Hopefully I can make a trip to a bama game this fall. As always I bleed crimson and white. It wont be long until ALabama is back in college elites.

I too, used to read and watch shows on all kinds of war shows. WW2 and vietnam. I have a lot of stuff from desert storm and operation enduring freedom. My uncle served in both desert storm and enduring freedom. I dont have any ww2 collection, execpt I've read books on it and stuff. Same with Vietnam.

I wonder if he crap him self? haha.

Thanks for all the inputs. I'll pretty much spend all summer thinking about it, doing some pros and cons, and then re-take ACT in september and then see where I'll go from there.

I found a college with great bass fishing let just say pickwick, weisse, guntersville, wilson, and many more all all within 5 minute -2 hour drive from campus.

It seem like college is not far away at all for me. Right now I'm having a second doubt about going. It like only reason why I want to go is the obvious reason just to have fun. I dont even know what I want to do. But things I thought about doing dont even require a degree so why spend money on college when I can go straight to it save up money then buy a bread or any food service route and be on my way working my own hours etc. Dad only told me go college if you got a specific career in mind that requires a degree. My brother on other hand went to college for an accounting degree and he need taked one more class then they dropped it for some reason, he end up getting a degree in business administration. He spend 4 years paying all the tutition and they drop his class never gave him degree he wanted. My brother scored a 26 on his ACT without studying or preparing for it, he was on honor roll, had 3.8 or 4.0 GPA and never recieve a scholarship. He is hearing impaired and the hearing impair people was like his grades are too high. It seems like I have no good reason go to college. Part of me wants to go, but I just dont have a solid reason for going. All jobs I can see my self doing with or without a degree I'll be making same money. It wont change anything. What you guys think I should do? Blow all my money in college have time of my life then end up with small business or a route where my degree will never be useful. I'm just confused, part of me really only want to go college just to have fun meet interesting people, but I dont really want do all that studying hardwork that has nothing do with what i truly wants to do. Dad just simiply said it completely up to you, you can make same amount with or without a degree. That of course doing what I truly want to do i just want a small business or a food service route. Or something. I dont want to sit in an office all day crunching numbers and crap like that.

I'm junior in high school, and I've been friends with a lot of these kids since elementry school. It going be weird leaving this town and probably never see them again. It mainly the girls that really going make me depressed lol. Spend all this time with them, had time of your life with them, then possible never see them again. :-/ Well man good luck in college, I still got one more year in me.
