Was throwing a Strike King Green Pumpkin Lizard Texas rigged, and throught I snagged a log. When the log rose to the surface , after some serious pulling, I saw that the log was a huge snapping turtle. Kinda bummed, but I hooked him perfectly in the upper lip. I used my "Pike" removal clips, and as soon as he was unhooked, he drifted out of sight...none the wiser. It was a cool day...he was about 10-15 lbs. "Never Give Up! Caught him at Blue Marsh in Pennsylvania.

Just sent this to ESPN....last gripe for me! I am am member of BASS, which is owned an operated by ESPN. I am severly disappointed with your lack of coverage for our "superbowl" of Bassfishing. You are not winning fishing fans, you are losing them. What the heck is up with no live coverage, then recap show at 10:30 est? Bunch of junk. I wish you would go to www.bassresource.com and check out all of the unhappy fisherman that suppport your organization, and your programming. You really botched up this one! Take care..and will be the utmost positive on my very next post!!!!!!!!! Starting "Fisher of Men" Trail (Delaware) this march...pumped about that!

I support ESPn by watching countless numbers of their fishing programs, and support bass by tournament angling and just plain conservation. To have to watch Hackney Rescue his Father -In-Law- which was inspirational, again, and again...made me sick. I stayed up to 10:30- last night, which was cool, only to wake up Sunday to the same replayed show at 8:30....What the heck. I will watch when it's on tonight. Just seems abit anti-climactic....the classic at 10:30 pm-12:00am. Tough to cheer and hollar with a little one sleeping. They seem to be catching some nice fish. The classic coverage already a JOKE! Saw the first day on ESPN, then they showed the same show again!! What the heck. I get pumped for this classic, like every year, then they handle it like crap.
