Same for pest control. Prices are high and going higher , because of the cost of pesticides going higher, primarily. But people are signing up to have us treat like crazy.

I did a post”No work” In April I think.Our 2 biggest months are traditionally March and April. This year way below average. But it was a blessing for me it came in those months, because at least there was some work, although less than normal. Not “ no work “ . If it had started in January or February, it would have been much worse for me. I had a record month in June, and another in July. People are spending money like never before on home related stuff.

I know I need a new scale so that’ll be on the list.

I hit a top goal at work this month. At the start of the month the owner said if I hit it she’d give me a gift card to bass pro shops. She didnt say how much but my guess is 100.00. Thinking I’d rather have it with Academy. Trying to decide what to get . Thinking maybe a new combo. What would y’all get??

I got a 8.6 pound bass on 8 pound test using a senko. Also got a 22pound catfish on 8 pound line while bream fishing. A And a 32 inch carp on 6 pound test.

I keep looking for a follow up report. The sheriff in that county is one of the best in the state so hopefully arrests are imminent.

Interesting. I played through college, then 16 + years of softball. I never had a good pitching coach when I played baseball,but they did teach me the basic mechanics. I was never taught to think . Since I had a good fastball and curve, I did well anyway .. 3 out of 4 pitches I just rared back and threw as hard as I could. A regret of mine is not seeking out a pitching coach other than what was provided at the time. This tool your referring to sounds amazing. Hopefully your son will continue to work hard and enjoy the fruit of his labors. My middle son was a home run hitter but quit when he was starting 10 th grade. He would have made a great DH someday, because he wasnt fast and didnt have a great arm, but he hit some long HRS as a 9th grader. ( on the senior field ) I remember being dissapointed when he quit, I was living vicariously though him!

Im down to 5 for bass. 2 casting, 3 spinning. I have more old rods and reels that I could use if the others were gone but I dont count them. I have several saltwater setups, and 10 or so catfish and bream combos . Out of the 5 bass combos , one casting combo is a dedicated spinnerbait combo. The other casting setup I use for froggin’ and for big baits, like magnum flukes. I have a finesse setup on my lightest spinning combo, which I use for creature baits and other small plastics. Another spinning combo I use mostly for worms, and the other mostly flukes. Other plastics I share with the last 2. I really need to visit academy and get a new combo. Its been years ...

I have a small room off the garage that I keep my saltwater gear in , and freshwater overflow. ( catfish and extra bream rods, accessories like cast nets, trot lines , buckets, milk jug rigs, boat accessories etc.) I have some bass fishing overflow in there as well. Since my daughter lives back there now, and I have to go through her area to get to the fishing room, I now keep most of my bass stuff in my office to allow easy access.

Ive never used phenom worms, Ive never noticed them in any of the bait stores around here. These have been in my boat for 40 years now...
