  1. BBB Craw tube in black/blue or 420. Extra wide gap 4/0 superline with pegged tungsten from 3/16 to 3/8 on an Xtreme 745C.
  2. Did he enter the moderator portal?
  3. I don’t want anymore drivers, tennis players, dog walkers, bowlers, mountain bikers, sports fans or anything else that takes away from my time, personal convenience, need to wait or take turns or share a resource with anyone else. Well maybe not bowling.
  4. Hey George, if you can provide the baits you want to fish, we and or I can most likely be model specific. This can help get you dialed in .
  5. When I’m casting and my rod is struck by lighting. Ticks me off.
  6. To do a dime is ten years in prison. Now they let you out at two cents.
  7. I only have one. The period from June 18 to September 4th.
  8. I’m sorry. Why didn’t you just say something?
  9. Dobyns Champion 764CB RM allllllllll day long.
  10. I run the Champion 732SF. It’s true that model and the 733 SF are actually built on the previous Xtreme blanks. My buddy bought three Kaden 712SF and swears by them and the handle configuration.
  11. I’m in the same boat with club events. I can fish everyone of those lure types and do with my Kaden 735CB and 15 lb floro. I have two Champion 734’s and I prefer the Kaden for those moving baits.
  12. My brother and I would go over to the James brothers on Friday and Don would take us to the Flying Scott for gut bombs and shakes. We would be dropped off at the cow palace located at the Lane County fair grounds for live wrestling! Tough Tony Boren, Dutch Savage, Von Steiger brothers and a new guy called Rowdy Roddy Piper. Old ladies ringing cow bells. Not very sophisticated but what a blast we had. My mom would pick us up. Ronnie J. Passed away six years ago and my brother was killed in 1976 by a drunk driver on Christmas Eve. I cherish the memories of remember when. They were moments of happiness. It lives on Fess.
  13. With the current sale prices at TW right now, you would benefit from the Kaden or Champion series. What and how you plan to use the rod will narrow down your search. If med/hvy is your preference, the 4 powers would be the optimum. The materials used in those respective series are not the same. The Champion uses a higher modulus material and Fuji Alconite no tangle guides. The Kaden is fitted with SeaGuide XO series guides. The XP is a fast action and the Kaden is closer to an extra fast. The Kadens lock up quicker. This is the one factor to really consider. As is expected both series are nicely balanced rods. With the XP you pick the handle configuration and with the Kaden you get full rear grip. If the sixty bucks is not a stressor the Champion XP 734 would be the way to go.
  14. Dobyns Champion 733SF, Daiwa Luvius 4000, 12lb J Braid w. 8 lb floro leader.
  15. Man! You made me have to look up the definition of a word. I was so mad I vented with a tirade of profanity laden diatribe.
  16. I’m more than happy to eat A-Jays scraps. ?
  17. I worked for 18 years in my first career and my purpose was to make a share holder wealthier and produce a profit. My second career had nothing to do with money but with people and I was able to change some lives. I valued that purpose much more. Finding a purpose you value might also bring satisfaction and happiness. Money? Maybe not.
  18. I had the Tatula Elite 7-1 skippin rod. It’s extremely fast for heavy action. My buddy now has it as a jig rod. He doesn’t skip at all. I transitioned to a Kaden 714 C and I find it easier to load on the circle motion.
  19. I’ve never met a Tatula I didn’t like.
  20. Craw tube. Great option as a pitching bait. They have a unique fall. Very underrated.
  21. Last one. I cut my teeth on these.
  22. Does it look like this?
  23. Welcome and yes, what part of England are you from. My Grandfather was from Stalbridge in Devon.
