I could not refuse and didn’t want to wake up to a horse head in my bed. I drove back down to the NFC-Edge’s new pro shop and to my surprise, I was allowed to check on hand stock and discovered they had a small selection of Silver Windows on hand. I also found out I could get the current on line discount. I grabbed an MBR 736-1C. I go to pay for it and the pro tells me to go ahead and come behind the counter and pick out my free rod. They had a promo that allowed customers to get a cosmetic blem rod free until they are gone. Most were Delta series but I found an EFX 694-1C but could not find the blemish. No matter. Free is a very good price.

For me bass fishing was the Hemphill Gang. Tommy Martin, Larry Nixon, Harold Allen and David Wharton. If one can have a handful of Bass anglers to look up too it was these guys. Having Nixon back in the spot light is special.

I just read an article that Larry Nixon is fishing the upcoming Elites under one of the legend slots. Nixon was a phenomenal angler and I expect he still is. Nixon alone is cause to follow the Elite series. To give you an idea of the respect he has garnered, Roland Martin was asked how to find fish in an event and he responded he would follow Larry Nixon. I bet Catt has fished against Nixon.

First of all, can you get the SV70 for less than $191.00? You can get a JDM Alphas TWSV for that price. My understanding is the CC knob is featured as the optimum factory setting to correspond with the magnetic setting range. However, the knob is adjustable and I have done so on a couple of my zero adjust models. If one wants to oil the bearing under the spool cap you have to readjust so how is it a zero adjust? The factory setting is more of a default in my opinion. I’m no expert on this but that’s my experience.

I use a moderate size conservation net and it’s on the deck when I’m fishing and treble hook lures.
