  1. I use the 6# Ultra Soft on my spinning application. I use it for soft plastics and it's the only thing I plan on using in the forseeable future.
  2. Yep, was checking my online banking account every hour this morning...as soon as I saw the money there, put the order through 8-)
  3. Thanks for your help. I'll go with the 844C...paycheck comes in about 14 hours... ;D
  4. Purchased a Shimano Citica 100DSV. Can't decide between the Loomis IMX, MBR843C or MBR844C (7', 843 is MH and 844 is H). Plan to use the rod for worms and jigging. Anyone with personal experience able to make a recommendation? Thanks.
  5. Just ordered the Citica 100DSV from *** yesterday. I can't wait. Now, to order the Loomis 7' MH IMX to pair it with 8-)

  9. I'm using Yo-Zuri Ultra Soft Hybrid, 6# on my spinning soft plastic setup. It is great.

  12. Tequila Sunrise is my go to. Watermelon seed w/ black flakes is another fave You can't go wrong with Motor Oil either.
  13. The excitement of top water action should make up for the lack of size. When you do eventually get a biggun' and on top water ;D
  14. Been fishing them for about a year now and yet to get a hit...
  15. 10" Berkley Power Worm...Motor Oil/Red Flake or Black w/ Blue flake
  16. I'm also a big advocate of 10" worms. Berkley Power Worm 10" in Motor Oil w/ red flake and Blue w/ Black flake or Yum Ribbontail 10" Tequila Sunrise and pumpkin pepper w/ green flake. I also like Culprit's 10" worm, but Yum's are my favorite. Quite honestly, I never throw out anything shorter (or longer) than a 10" worm unless it is a Senko. I've also never had problem catching smaller bass, I've caught quite a few bass that were just as big as the worm, however, it does seem like I catch a lot bigger ones too.

  19. For some reason, the originals have always worked a lot better for me than knockoffs (Yum Dinger).
  20. I too have been working on fishing with a jig. Haven't had any luck yet but I'm going to keep at it.
