  1. Do you know of any ball headed wobble head jigs?
  2. Are yours round head or football head? If they're round, could you sell me a few?
  3. Which brand makes the best ROUND/BALL HEADED Articulated/Swinging/Wobble Head jig? Looking for 1/4oz size.
  4. Alright everyone, I need some help. I'm trying to modify my Huddleston Swimbaits like the "SouthernSwimbait" rig (If you don't know what it is, there's a YouTube video explaining what it is & how to rig it). I have my 80lb leader material, split rings, treble hooks, and a crimper, but I'm not sure what size double barrel crimps I need. What size fits the best around 80lb mono? What's a good brand to look at? Where can I get some? Any help is appreciated, and thank you in advance!!!!
  5. First Shimano reel purchase was a Core 50Mg7 - and I will NEVER look back. By far, THE BEST baitcaster I've ever had.
  6. I rebuilt it myself, but it's not very loud. I'm gonna go ahead and send it to Shimano to have them work on it. There's also a few tweaks I'd like for them to do, as well.
  7. I've been looking, but with no such luck. I eventually figured it out on my own.
  8. I took apart my CTE-400 to change the left side plate, and the Click Switch Cam (part #BTN2721) and Click Switch Spring (part #BTN2723) popped out, and I'm not too sure how it goes back together. Can someone post a tutorial on how to reassemble it? Also, how does the Cam Backing Plate (part #BTN2688) sit? Is it necessary?
  9. Bling isn't that much of a factor, considering it costs me more. japantackle.com has the 400 for $446. But doesn't the Conq come with more bearings than the TE?
  10. I'm looking to upgrade my Calcutta 400D. I was just wondering if there were any solid differences between the TE and the B. Also, any benefit of the USDM TE vs. JDM Conq?
  11. I need some advice from someone who has experience with Shimano reels. What's the main difference between the Shimano Calcutta 400TE and the Shimano Calcutta 400B? Other than the clicker, is there a real difference between the two? Do they both have the same gearing? The same bearings?
  12. The 300 is a POWERHOUSE of a reel. I use it for my football jigs, swim jigs, carolina rigs, frogs, small swimbaits, big crankbaits, and more. But, in all honesty, I'd go with the 400D for glidebaits and swimbaits. It holds more line, the handle is longer so you can SLOW ROLL your baits, it casts a mile, and is high quality. I have a 400D for sale if you're interested. I'm looking to upgrade it to a 400TE here soon, that's why I'm parting ways with it. If you're interested, message me and we'll talk! Hope this helped!!!
