  1. These actually aren't the yellow skeet Reese rods. They are black and red. They have a fast action tip on them and they are called insight pros. The skeet Reese rods are around $80
  2. Not sure if you have a certain use for this rod but if you were loooking for a spinner bait or a worm rod walmart sells a wright and mcgill insight pro for $50. It is a steal. Wright and mcgill makes skeet resses signature series rod so they are no joke. Just kind of an under the radar rod not a lot of people pay any mind to.
  3. Yea i live 45 min north of charlotte and drove bown to that cabelas wasnt impressed at all.
  4. I have had rods with broken tips and tried to replace them. Didnt work very well. But I have a few rods i use that have missing eyes. I fish with what I have. I dont have money to go out and buy rods when one breaks. I have to put gas in the boat and truck and buy tackle and line. If I have some extra money i can always use another rod and reel. But some of us cant get them when we want. The rod might do exactly what its supposed to do but you can still catch fish with it.
  5. The lake I fish most often and hvae the most success at has dropped about 3 feet. I was catchin fish on the bank with a spook. I hadnt been there in 3 or 4 days and today when i got there I noticed it had dropped. I wasnt sure of what to do so i tried fishing deep docks and didnt have succes. Im I was fishing badin lake in nc and the water temperature was in the mid 80s. Mostly 84 where i was fishing. What do the fish do when the water level drops?
  6. When is it the best time to start fishing the fall transition? and what are the best baits to throw?

  9. Im 17 years old and very new to the sport. I have just recently joined a bass club and am wondering what its going to take to get sponsors? Im not expecting anything anytime soon. But I woulld like to know what I need to do to get some.
