  1. Have any of the Norman lures changed yet?
  2. being form WI and fishing around a lot of pike you just have to live with it.
  3. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kiC1DKk-9z0 If you toss them in the tub will they float, no. If you put them on a shaky head will they stand up, yes.
  4. Question for you guys, will your avg 7' M/F with a baitcaster cast a 1/4oz shad rap?
  5. x2 on the 15lb Izorline XXX
  6. I use a 5/16oz greenfish tackle jig with a paca chunk
  7. 7' M/F spinning - finesse - braid w/ floro leader 7' M/M casting - cranking - floro 7' M/F casting - topwater/jerkbait - mono 7'- 7'3 MH/F - jigs/ t-rigs - floro 7'3-7'6 H/F - frogs/flipping - 65lb braid ..Nothing too fancy but those can get the job done for just about everything in my opinion
  8. The bottom of the pad crasher is designed for walking the dog in open water.
  9. Few things at Angler's Headquarters. Eco Pro tungsten was 55% off (deal of the day) and the hooks were 50% off. They also threw in the trick worms for free since I shared their post on my FB page.
  10. Well, let us no how it goes! May the odds be ever in your favor!
  11. Exactly what I use. Yo Zuri 12lb would be good too. Use the same thing for chatterbaits/spinnerbaits. 8lb might give you a headache, usually fishing squarebills around pretty gnarly stuff. 12lb Xxx = 17+ break strength
  12. My Okuma Helios rod(3.6oz)/reel(6.3oz) is my lightest setup. Light as a feather
  13. 6'9 MH-MF, I'm usually aiming at specific targets. Stumps, letdowns, etc.. MH helps get fish out of cover and a soft tip helps keep it pinned.
  14. I would give it a try. I think it's water based which led to it freezing and when that happens i'm guessing some of the chemicals seperate. I think thawing it out and giving it a good shake would do the trick. Even if it didn't work as well I don't think it would harm the line.
  15. I see it as the same thing when my girlfriend says don't get me anything for Christmas or a random holiday. I'll always end up getting something no matter what. Or go hang out with your friend's ..I always do the opposite to avoid the inevitable arguing. And it's just the nice thing to do for that special someone. Plus, women have the memory of 10 elephants. You may not hear about it the next day, or month, but believe me you'll hear about it.
  16. I sit at my desk and tie knots and leader knots. Put random baits like jigs in the sink and see what they look like underwater. Change the hooks on my jerkbaits lol im from WI, makes for a long winter, especially when you're not that into ice fishing.
  17. I believe it's the perfection color paca craw and a brown craw greenfish tackle finesse jig.
  18. I like them a lot. The pincers are fairly buoyant and they're the perfect size to thread on the hook.
  19. That's the one thing I like about the class 5 is that sand and pebbles don't get in as much.
  20. I put paca chunks on my finesse jigs and the Sr. size on regular size jigs.
  21. I have the Keen Class 5 Tech. Fairly inexpensive and they're not heavy and clunky. I got them to use around boat ramps and kayaking. http://www.moosejaw.com/moosejaw/shop/product_Keen-Men-s-Class-5-Tech-Shoe_10274188_10208_10000001_-1_?cm_mmc=PPC-_-GooglePlusBox-_-Keen-_-Keen-Men-s-Class-5-Tech-Shoe&ad_id=GooglePlusBox&utm_source=GooglePlusBoxl&utm_medium=PLA&utm_campaign=Keen-Men's-Class-5-Tech-Shoe&ad_id=Google&cm_mmc=PPC-_-Google-_-Product%2BListing%2BAds%2B-%2BShopping_Keen-_-44053436683&kcid=1828e01a-004b-4939-9440-9c8b6258da63&utm_medium=PPC&utm_source=GOOGLE&utm_campaign=Product%2BListing%2BAds%2B-%2BShopping&utm_term=&lsft=adtype:pla,channel:online&gclid=COmCq82-4coCFQMLaQod3nIA7A
  22. finesse jig w/ paca chunk ..cant wait till April!
  23. How do you like the 8lb for jerkbaits? When do you use 12 YZH I thought that might be a bit much. It's about the same size as 12lb invizx (8lb yzh) so I figured I'd give it a try. How do you like XXX for jerkbaits? I use it for everything else, I think I'm going to try the 8lb since it's about the same diameter of 12lb invizx.
  24. How is it working so far? I was going to give the 8lb a try because it's pretty much 12lb line.
  25. 15lb PP w/ an 8lb seagaur red label leader. Not the best for mainline but a pretty darn good inexpensive leader material.
