<p>Never fished seriously until I bought a kayak for recreation purposes only.  About a year after purchasing (2008) I saw a couple local anglers fishing out of their kayak.  That was 7 years ago and since then I have become obsessed with fishing out of my kayak.  Though I have become a multi species angler, the last couple years I have concentrated more on SM and LM Bass, considering I live on PIke Creek where it only takes me 5 minutes to get out on Lake St. Clair, and can drive within an hour to anywhere on the Western Basin of Lake Erie (north shore) and Detroit River.</p>

<p>As a Regional Hobie Fishing Team Member I help to promote the sport of Kayak Fishing in both Canada and Michigan.  In 2011 I started the Border City Classic which has grown to become the biggest Kayak Bass Fishing Tournament in the Mid-West and Canada.</p>
