  1. I can't find one for a price I'm willing to pay. Hopefully by spring they will be in stock or knocked off.
  2. I get mine from Simmons- they auction a lot of LC baits on ebay and will combine shipping. Edit- Your post just cost me $20. Checked the 'bay and couldn't pass up the MS zebra ghost minnow lv500's.
  3. The main challenge is duplicating the blade. I'm looking forward to your King Fish 'Bass Piece'
  4. Was reading the tournament results from a BASS open last early spring. Winner wasn't a pro. He said he told his wife "I'd like to enter that tourny and throw an A-rig around". She said "Why don't you?" He did...and won. Not all his fish came on the A-rig, but the big one(s) did.
  5. I can't believe larger companies haven't released a copy of this bait yet. They have been backordered for months at the few places that sell them, and go for $35+ on ebay. Come on Mike Siebert...whip one up!
  6. I can't say I have a favorite brand, but Zorro is up there. My tip- buy a Zorro short arm w/ the single colorado blade and throw it where you would normally throw a squarebill. They have a wire weedguard and can make it through the sticks.
  7. Been trying to eat more veggies...even bought the little 'steam-in- bag' deals to make it easier. I've decided to start blending and drinking them. They'll go down quick with no butter or salt. I'll chime back in to report on how it goes.
  8. Low Modurus? Lol- sounds like asian for modulus 🤡.
  9. Gammy G lock Xtra wide gap for me.
  10. Well I'm an internet pro 🕴️lol.
  11. I'm surprised Falcon printed 'UL action' on the blank. UL is obviously the power.
  12. It is where they put a spinning handle on backwards to create a foregrip
  13. Your frugalness is an inspiration! I have numerous j/w rods from ml-xh.
  14. I prefer a MH spinning rod with 10lb line.
  15. Welcome. I was on the BPS forums (okie base) and Siebert Outdoors (mike siebert) was on the bps site as well (Gloomis Man).
  16. That looks identical to the Wave Worms tiki crawdude.
  17. I'm pretty sure he uses heavy spinning tackle only IIRC. -Edit...it's true. Found a clue... "For myself, I'd have to switch bodies to use a bait caster LOL Fish Chris"
  18. Are your casting reels staying smooth?
  19. Daaang. I've been procrastinating about picking up the 866 deep flex. I better get on it...love ny 864.
  20. There is one of these in excellent condition on ebay right now. They want $80. I had one for a short while...smoothest/best caster I had ever used at the time.
  21. I don't see the OG lipstick red Curado on there. It was early 90's I think. One showed up on ebay about 5 years ago...it was NIB! Went for $105
  22. I use silicone tape. It has no adhesive on it...it bonds to itself and creates a waterproof tacky grip. I love it...it's on all my rods. https://www.amazon.com/XFasten-Silicone-Fusing-1-Inch-36-Foot/dp/B01N7KC62D/ref=sr_1_6?dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.YI_pFtjGO9kyUVEmKAzE5Jl16veKzV6fjj8jzgsG3xVcKV9WDV4JoJVyljxET0fqsihrZ7TxdOUEIMz2rjWpWrnDP4muK0GXrHXhE8_KhKLQk802R4Z_lmv9DudVtmd_2jS5mgv93W3KEXgYMQjXvPa5iCXrNRsOtMEjdNhMuF87eSDao_Ihwdk_TbLawVB8XWHaIF6rSE4AMPz-C3n2Qayi019p3Kvlzm3rH66nyPm-87mNxzYSSHyUlGxndugzzDgwJBHRfkxd2sVnD0laS5nhsPsWteO4Bz4WxsNtiO0.Ftm88vvN-UBFyuZEUvvAR1UMkgWNbdjouxBpizOdXus&dib_tag=se&keywords=silicone%2Btape&qid=1724729021&sr=8-6&th=1
  23. Like @Pat Brown, I like Shad colors in nearly all water conditions. I've read bass see chartruese as a bright white, but bass can't tell me for sure. My favorite in situations like yours is chartreuse shad by Lucky Craft. Hard to beat a BDS1 or BDS2 in Summer.
  24. You loved there? Cool. About the size of @northernbasser's tackle shed.
  25. I'm a big fan of the water based clean/protect detail sprays. It is a bonus that they work on your line as well. KVD line/lure/boat is one, but my favorite is the Meguiars 'ceramic' in the lime green bottle.
