  5. bait monkey tried to kill me this weekend. he forced me to pick up a Tatula Type R 8.1.1, 7'6" Vendetta H/F, the Ned rig, paca chunks, and a couple other small things like this custom foiled 6" slow sink bull shad
  6. nope siebert jigs seem to be fine stock i have never had to trim anything on them
  7. bluegill swimbaits dude
  8. in theory a weightless fluke that is a similar colour to the topwater would be best it imitates the same thing and if you just let it dead stick i can't see why they wouldn't see it as a stunned fish that they just missed
  9. kvd sexy dawg going to pick up a couple hendon super spook jr's though

  11. looks like a strike king swinging swim jig
  12. used to be a havoc rocket craw rigged on a 3/0 with a 3/8oz weight or just a kinky beaver with a 1/2oz for flipping
  13. i always walk out with more than i intended buying in the first place i went in for some barbarian trebles and walked out with 2 glide baits last week
  14. they're actually a nice bait for the price. i was also fishing the line thru but i felt it was a little to subtle since the water has a little colour to it
  15. ok so even though the season isn't officially open yet i couldn't resist throwing some big baits at my favourite lake. saturday morning around 9:10 i was throwing a 7" saveage gear 3d trout and felt something i didn't expect, after a nice fight and a couple above the water head shakes i land a large female weighted in at 5.05 and she was definitely full of eggs so i let her go before i stressed her out anymore. the next day i was throwing a lucky craft real gill 150 and feel a similar bite again after a decent fight i land my second swimbait fish ever another female weighing in at 4.56. now i'm hooked on big baits and can't wait for the season to officially open
  16. xcalibur xcs 200 or jackall aska sr
  17. i definitely don't mind fishing with friends i'm trying to get some friends into fishing so i try to teach a bit. most of the time i am alone though since i mainly bank fish or fish at a family cottage
  18. if you want to throw a buzzbait with it i'm sure you can but it's definitely not going to be the lightest setup
  19. said to be released at ICast
  20. it's much easier than sunscreen plus if i want to cool off i throw it in the water and put it back on Edit: forgot a picture
  21. something tells me you are an embodiment of the bait monkey you seem to suggest people buy more and more
  22. apparently counter strike skins are making there way to the real world
  23. much better to do it this way i was never a fan of the direct connection to the jig head. i have tied a couple myself i actually took an old strike king swim jig and connected the blade by tying it with 65# braid it worked well though it took a lot or tinkering
  24. but how will he ever chose which one to use
