  1. i have both the tatula 100 and the tatula type r as well as a lews speed spool tournament mg i am a huge diawa fan but i can say that i prefer the lews for long casting applications it is currently on my cranking stick because of that as well as the deep spool. the TWS on the tatula series is great i love it i use it for jigs, flipping, big worms, swimbaits, and my zillion tws for chatterbaits. overall i think comfort is going to be the main thing the lews fit in a smaller hand better my hands are a little larger so i dont have an issue with the tatula but it can be a lot to palm and hold
  2. Pretty spawn is definitely a very productive time for chatterbaits bass are feeding up for the spawn so bait fish profile is a good idea

  4. found a deal on my conservation membership and got a bonus 1 shimano caius a 1 rapala xrap 1 tackle bag with 4 3600 boxes (going to use for worms and jig chunks) 1 bag of fish crisp batter 1 spool of 10lb suffix mono
  5. warm water gambler burner craw and berkley chigger craw cold water zoom big salty chunk and uj pork craw
  6. never tried the structure bug so its definitely the pit boss for me
  7. not sure if anyone will agree but i'm a big jackall fan i like how durable the craw they make are i can easily flip 4 or 5 fish on one bait where other brands im replacing the bait every 2-3 fish
  8. eco pro rapid fire is pretty compact
  9. picked up a No.8 hellbent 6'6" mh/f for my jerkbaits to pair with my 7.1:1 t3 ballistic also picked up some more strike king kvd jerkbaits 2 deep and 2 standard in the 300 size

  11. I wish I could find some of these in canada, I found them on ebay but with shipping I might as well just buy vision 110's

  13. try living in Ontario our bass season doesn't open until the 4th Saturday in June
  14. baits they think will sell for more money will get the rapala name, storm is mostly budget apart from the arashi series
  15. agreed any big bait i replace hooks on gets one of these 3 hooks
  16. the vmc weedless wacky jig works well the only issue i have is the wire weedguard tends to cut fish
  17. found an ayu suspending smithwick rouge today in some timber

  19. local place is almost thawed most of it is open and fishable but my primary lake is still pretty solid about 6" still to go

  22. 50lb diawa j braid never really had an issue with it
  23. i have 10 combos but i will rarely take more then 8 out for a day my big bait rod will normally stay at home unless i go for a day of giant hunting and i will only take it out
