i have been diagnosed as well my diet has changed to mainly chicken and salmon with red meat once a week and have had no issues so far, the biggest thing as i have been told it to stay hydrated. i have cut every drink except water and one coffee a day, this has helped immensely. give that a try before cutting meat out completely because that can have a negative effect on your body, including lower iron (resulting in less energy) and a less protein which can cause some problems
