Lake Norman is already in the mid 50's and some good spots are being caught shallow, 5' - 10' range. with 70 degree temps forecast all week i'll be out there each afternoon. maybe hit Badin for some hefty pre spawn largemouth.
just went online to place my bulk order for soft plastics, like i do every year, only to find that sale prices apply to "in store" purchases only this year.
hmmm, thats new.
what do you suppose the chances are of them going back in the stock room and digging me out 50 bags of my favorite plastics?
it takes a special person to make the sacrifices necessary to put their own life on hold while taking care of a family member. many say they would but quickly become overwhelmed and pass it on. much respect for you sir and job well done.
i have DirecTV and still cant get Dance anymore unless i upgrade my current package (hold your laughter). i'd do it but i already pay for the Sunday Ticket and mama say's thats enough.
aint it the truth? BPS is 20 miles away in Concord and Cabelas is over 30, thru Charlotte traffc (no thanks). a GOOD local tackle shop could kill it in Mooresville. i can get my hooks and emergency stuff at Gander if i have to but Wally World is right across the parking lot and is way cheaper. smh
I was a dock volunteer the year he won a top 100 at Lake Norman. super nice guy, landed a huge kicker on a floating Catalpa worm. big ol bass for that lake at the time.
