  1. we watch it every year, all the regionals too. congrats to Louisiana for coming out of the losers bracket and winning it all. good stuff.
  2. low clouds and a pesky NE breeze kept temps in the 60’s all morning. what a relief too! in fact, swt’s had fallen a good five degrees, down to 79 degrees. it took me a good hour to locate some fish/bait pods, and i did manage to put things together, enough to boat a dozen bass. this lone largemouth was caught on a 5” Zoom lizard in 15 fow. life is good.

  6. same here i usually don’t when i fish alone but when i fish with my cousin we almost always do ( haggard, hank williams, etc ) i have listened to everything from march madness basketball, to nascar, to college and nfl football while fishing.
  7. i always use backer if i’m spooling fluoro so it’s an easy call. when i get down to my blood knot it’s time to add new line.

  9. “someone” tried to use my number twice to buy groceries online from Walmart of all places. bank caught it, card cancelled, new card arrived just the other day, disaster averted. i don’t have a clue how it happened.

  11. this i use it when i need a double duty sun screen w/ bug repellent when working around barns, mowing, pond fishing, all the above. doesn’t stink lime some of the other combination products

  16. while stretching out before our workout yesterday morning i noticed this at the base of a lamp post.
  17. i was there on an R&R to Kingston in ‘79 while i was stationed at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba...beautiful place. they drove on the wrong side of the road though. when we hopped into the airport shuttle van and the driver was this little old man, i felt a sigh of relief, until we hit the road. he was hauling butt on the left side of the road, down these narrow streets (lol), all the while dodging cows, chickens, small push carts and pedestrians. i will never forget that ride for as long as i live.
