Black buzzbaits and jigs have been working for me early in the mornings. As soon as the sun is up I can get lucky sometimes with spinnerbaits or throwing a Texas rig and pumpkin colored worm. Usually really tough for me to catch anything during the day. Hope this helps. If you find other colors that work or rigs that work let me know. Good luck to you.

I want to start fishing bigger tournaments. I figured I would fish as a co-angler in the FLW Rayovac series. Can someone tell me how this works as a co-angler?

My name is Willie and I am orignally from the Kansas City area. I worked at Jayhawk Marina at Hillsdalle for 5 years and now I live in Emporia. I have been fishing and hunting for most of my life.
