  1. i agree I think tungsten jigs and weights are far more sensitive then lead. a bit more costly but performance wise there is no competition.
  2. I made the mistake of asking my wife for a swimbait for Xmas... She knows how much they cost now.. She wasn't impressed with my box of them anymore. That was a mistake

  5. Caught this guy next cast. Same dock. Much better fight. But he got same as the bluegill almost. I'm posting from the boat. He went 3lb4oz. Not a bad first 30 min
  6. I normally would not care much about a bluegill. But I got this got this morning and his color was awesome he smacked a pop-r and went just under 12".

  8. A few from yesterday morning 5-2 4-10 and the smaller was 3-8
  9. Went out yesterday morning 7 fish caught 3 biggest went 5-2 4-5 and the smaller was 3-3. Not a bad 4 hours.

  11. I was thinking about getting one and upgrading the spool and bearrings to use as a finesse style baitcaster. What do you guys think? I normally use okuma reels and love them. But they can't be upgraded like the daiwa

  13. Stopped at freezes pond in Deerfield on my way home from work. Fished from the bank for about an hour. Last cast before I was going to pack up and head home I hooked up with this monster it made my day to say the least.
  14. Noticed the big bass are starting to school up in the morning and cruising the shoreline here on pleasant lake. I've seen some huge fish this morning
  15. Went out tonight for 15 minutes after work both fish hit the same spinnerbait any guesses what fish hit harder lol.

  19. I like fishing with tube jigs when I fish the Merrimack. I have also done well simple with a rage tail chartuese grub. Depending on the current I also like chatterbaits and or spinners.

  21. Went out this morning 5 am to 8 am caught 9 lmb the biggest was 6 lb 7 oz. The oz the other 3 in pictures were all around 4 lbs, the rest of them were under a lb. All fish were caught on a wacky 7 inch junebug bps stick bait.
  22. So over the past week I have caught 32 lmb only 3 were over a lb lol why am I catching all these small guy, it doesn't matter if I'm throwing a senko a top water or a jerkbait, whether I'm in 2 ft of water or 20 ft.
