  4. Fortunately Seibert jigs are so well priced you don't have to settle on one or two colors.I have a watermelon red that is a work of art and a custom bloody shad that is killer.All thr colors mentioned are great.
  5. As stated above, swim jig, frog also t rig or superfluke.Maybe a jitterbug.Practice with weedless rubber you'll get the hang of it.Good luck.

  8. If you want to stretch your dollar, Seibert jigs and northland tackle reed runner spinnerbaits. Check prices online.
  9. The shock has good backbone and a soft tip .It works well setting a single hook and trebles.
  10. Boo jigs are pretty good when you can get them@3bucks a pop.I have a few, good hook and decent rattles.Yum craw chunks work well as a trailer.
  11. Booyah, Koopers and spro for the most part.I always want to know the hook size and go from there.
  12. Lunker City has a 4/0 long shank for the 6"sluggo it's indestructible and I highly recommend it.
  13. Don't knowwhen ur going, fishing allowed to 10/15.Quabbin is too regulated for me.lots of other lakes in Ma., Ct. Tips? A craw colored spinnerbait is good in the fall.Smallies like white tubes alot, both like super flukes unweighted.Maybe do some research on other lakes in the area.Fishing is always slow in that area, I like fall the best.A little ultralight trout action can be fun.Hope this helps, good luck!   15. I fished Ma.for some thirty years, maybe scale it down a bit. Rubber worm, spinnerbait and lipless crank come to mind.The state record for lmb is 13+.The smallies love tubes. Good luck, have fun!

  17. Imho, smaller bass blowup on frogs and miss.Bigguns suck iit under with very little commotion. Last one I hooked, the frog just disappeared and I set the hook on a nice 6lber.

  19. As stated above darker colors will contrast better in stained water.You can also use baits that cause some vibration, spinnerbait with a Colorado Blade or bladed jigs.
  20. I have used plenty of vanish without any problems.wet the line b4 pulling the knot tight.Have some fun with the buzzer!
  21. Straight braid,30 lb.works for me.Easy to toss,plenty strong.
  22. Spinnerbaits and swim jigs, nothing against t-rig I'm too impatient. I'm working on it though!
