  1. If you receive WFN, you may have seen this show already, but if you don't, you can watch it now for free in brilliant Lunkervision. It's the story of a 15 year old kid who is driven to kick some serious bass in New York City. Ladies and gentlemen, THE TERMINATOR http://rockville.tv/lunkerville/terminator.html
  2. you're my new best friend! i'm also a DirecTV guy, mostly because of NFL sunday ticket... i got DISH at my office just to watch WFN.... the good news is: WFN is working hard and fast to get the network on DirecTV and Time Warner... right now you can get it on DISH, Verizon FiOS, AT&T and some Charter and Comcast markets... here's a complete lineup and if you don't get it now, please send a quick email to your provider: http://www.wfn.tv/demand/ and remember, you can watch lunkerville for free, anytime, on your computer at http://www.lunkerville.com/watchshow.html

  4. Hey BR! Lunkerville will be in Anchorage, Alaska next week and we're looking to go fishing on Wednesday, July 28. If you're close by and want to teach me how to fish, have fun and be on TV, shoot me a PM. Thanks! Mike D

  6. megastrike is also a great lubricant for soft plastics... helps them get through weeds a lot easier.... and while you're on their site, check out all their other stuff like the jigs, buzzbaits and new spinnerbaits... they're definitely ahead of the curve, innovation-wise. and just to give full disclosure: they sponsor lunkerville
  7. i would try the bulkiest jig you can find with a meaty, long trailer... weed out the weaklings ; )
  8. If you didn't check out this double episode recently on WFN, you can watch them now at lunkerville.com. It's all about fishing jigs in the early spring from a rowboat. I hope you enjoy! Scroll down and click "Jighead Parts 1 and 2" http://www.lunkerville.com/watchshow.html

And luv that show with the lunkergirl. the lunkergirl is a really cool chick... too bad the women's tour was cancelled... but i have a feeling we'll be seeing more of stacy z! also, look out for a couple of new Lunkerville episodes on jig fishing... we went fishing with a guy who fishes exclusively from a rowboat with jigs... he gives a clinic on jig fishing... there's so much great info and nice fish caught, that we edited it into 2 episodes!... and i work the camera in these shows and don't fish, so it feels like you're right there with him fishing... those episodes air on WFN in early June and will show up at lunkerville.com soon after... so check em out!

  13. Both of these shows recently aired on WFN and are now available to view for FREE at lunkerville.com. http://www.rockville.tv/lunkerville/scully.html Expert stream fisherman Ray Scully takes me fishing on Schoharie Creek in Upstate New York. Ray teaches me how to "listen for the bite" as we enjoy a beautiful fall day of smallmouth bass fishing in waders. http://www.rockville.tv/lunkerville/huskybass.html Mike "Huskybass" Briglia takes me fishing for largemouth bass on a 71 acre pond in Connecticut. It's a chilly fall day as we try to get them to bite on a monster hand-made swimbait, spinnerbait and baby brush hog. Friends from the Lunkerville Facebook Fan Page also make an appearance on the show in a new segment of bragging photos.
  14. Women's Professional Bass Angler Stacy Z from Hoboken, New Jersey takes me fishing in Catskill Creek for fall smallmouth bass. 18. If you didn't catch it on WFN yet, you can watch it now in LUNKERVISION HD. ABA tournament angler Steve T takes me fishing on Lake George, NY in the Adirondack Mountains. The plan to catch smallies gets interrupted by some welcome largemouth as we have a great time fishing hard jerkbaits and tubes. Steve also cooks up a recipe for multi-species scampi. 20. thanks for the props BigE... we go for a mix of entertainment, tips and tactics and most of all, real people in real fishing situations... and this season we're making an extra effort to include more instructional segments from our guests, because that's what our viewer wants to see!
  21. good job RW and Glenn... we're discussing the issue at nybass too and i see a blog and facebook threads at WFN... it's important to have intelligent discussion on the subject, but most importantly, let people know that this is a baseless rumor.
  22. you would think that MS would have figured this out by now, but they are still light years behind apple and can't seem to catch up.
