  1. Out worms ain't really working much been throwing a $1.97 jig with a trailer an a rattle inside and been catching nice fish

  4. well our lakes don't have hardly any grass or weeds its alot of brush, stumps,and timber some evergreens growing up out the water and alot of rock beds,and cliff facings
  5. will they hold that much ? they say 120yards of 12lbs an I'm kinda new to getting the right equipment im just getting started in bass fishing real heavy. I always just bought whatever I liked to trout fish, catfish ,and fish walleye fish but never got good equipment

  7. I'm fishing Watauga and Holston lakes. In Bristol and Hampton,Tennessee. Does any one know what might work or has any one fished them. Watauga lake has alot of trees in places an a few creeks that is my favorite lake I grew up fishing trout and catfish there but there r some big small mouth and large mouth there I'm not really sure what to look for on the map so any help would be appreciated
  8. thank yal for the advise .I have decided to get 3 lews speed spool reels and 3 *** *** rides 2 medium fast,1 medium heavy I had about a s $700 budget was looking for something under that ,and got it an still got my line and a few bio crawls, had a few coupons to TW so thinks alot for the advise

  13. I've fished bait casters some ,looking to use them more. I'm looking for a $100-$125 reel, and about the same in rod price.anyone have any ideas for me.I've been looking at diawa,and Lewis some but ,can't seem to find nothing I like

  17. Thanks both of u. I mean a soft plastic a crawl or fluke or worm should I put one on an if so what color would be good an when is a good time to fish it any time or murky water idk trying to get some tips I've seen guys put a little hook tail worm on with the skirt an a crawl ?

  23. Thanks Jeff I'm sorry not use to using it. I'm looking for some advice on plastics,spinner baits,and jigs. Don't really know what to use or to try. I've mainly always used crank baits but started fishing a couple tournament an caught a couple but that was all I caught all day. I know. How to rig a Carolina rig and a Texas rig. I know that isn't all of them would like to learn what ever anyone has to offer . Thank for the welcomes Tim

Hi my name is Tim I like to fish most of use do I fish eastern Tennessee Holston lake boon lake and Watauga lake just starting to get into bass fishing alot I do every week when I get time off but I need. Some advice on plastics,crank bait I like the kvds but up to suggestion an spinner baits an buzz baits I'm kinda at a loss I've fished other areas with different baits but go back home an fish an nothin any advice on lures and rigs would be very appreciated
