My favorite combo is a zodias on a chronarch ci4+. But i dont enjoy it anymore than my berkley emotion with a shimano casitas. Actually all my rods are my favorite

I like terminator jigs, if fish them just how the come. Just add a trailer

I use a berkley emotion 7ft mh for jigs. Has served me very well.

Just look at the lure weight and action. Dont pay attention to the power too much. For punching i like 3/4- 2oz. For frogging i like 1/2 - 1 1/2

Hopping it like a jig on a weedless jig head has gained me some good results but its one of the very last baits i reach forfon my bag

I can vouch for the okuma. Great reel. I have that tatula i bought for $100. Its a great reel but just feels like a $100 reel. I guess i was expecting more. I prefer my casitas or my energy pt over it. And my cerros.

If its anything like the livetarget sunfish i rather throw my money in the garbage than to have it taking up space in my tackle box

I recently got this rod in a trade. Its brand new. Its a 7'3 okuma heavy fast scott martin rod. My question is would this rod be a good frog rod? I fish frogs a lot but usually do it with a 7ft mh rod. Is a heavy power rod overkill? It will probably double as a frog and jig rod

Id buy which ever one is cheaper. Both are amazing reels. At that range also look into the okuma helios
