What is everyone favorite way to fish with live minnows. Where they have the hook placed and size hooks and type . Trying some new things with my 8 year old . Thanks in advance !

I found this the other day so I figured I can change the appearnce of it and use it . inputs on what to do with this lure what type of plastic bait would you use etc.

@Bluebasser86 the short part was actually a joke lol. i use the shorter rods due to preference and being comfortable.and thanks for the input! @BASS302 thanks!

for some reason the ugly sticks i have only tell me the line size and size of rod lol but a generic stick i have says the recommend size but thats a 6ft stick.

alright so trying to figure out the lure size to use on a Medium Action Ugly stick GX2 5'6 cuz im short haha. i have a baitcast and a spinning reel both rods are medium action
