  1. Wow surprised, I got pulled over by fwc lucky all went good, very cool guy. Was different than use to, early morning lots of gun shots
  2. Yup I feel you.
  3. How's the ninja blade working? Thought of picking up one.
  4. also duck hunting
  5. Thanks, will have to do that when I get home.
  6. I was looking into purchasing a lakemaster plus or navionics hotmaps platinum for my humminbird 898c si. I fish south Florida canals and know there not recorded with data. I want satilete coverage that shows all of Florida. Which one has that or does it just show what's around the water. Thanks for any help.
  7. It's been tough, was in okeechobee and only 1 fish for 2 days. About the prop I just answered on your other post. Hopefully fishing get better this weekend. Tight lines. Also where we're you fishing from in the lox
  8. When i fish Glades and Okeechobee I put my motor trimmed up out of the water when I'm trolling around, so when it's time to go there's no grass. Also have a small pole/stick so you can push it off. Grass shouldn't be on when your running, only when your trolling around. Hope this helps, tight lines.
  9. Thanks, this really helps. I followed a local Saturday out to some flats that I fished for a little. I fish out of the South Bay Rv ramp, I stay there for the weekend. I will really have to spend a lot of time to dissect this part. I will defiantly do some exploring next time. Thanks and P.S. Anybody who is going to Big O this weekend, watch out because there is a lot of FWC out.
  10. Did it once and caught a couple fish. It's hard because currents bad and boats fly by.
  11. Yup, late feb. early March is the best. They get on beds. Caught on last year 8.2 pounds.
  12. Yeah lucky got to find spots where bass will stage up. Any waypoints you can share, I'm new to the lake and would very much be appreciated. I fish Everglades and know that place like the back of my hand, if you go down there I can help
  13. Yup, that's fishing. But can't complain, could have gone real bad.
  14. Wow it was tough, only one fish for both Saturday and Sunday. Threw the whole tackle box, finaly landed a 14 inch flipping. Talked to some other guys and they agreeded. Should be going back soon. Also was REALLY windy. Sunday got bored yo I decided to head to the main lake but I was in the main canal right before the big lake and waves were throwing me around like nothing and I'm in a 21 ft custom bass boat. Decided to leave. Thanks for all the help.
  15. I thought about it, maybe one day.
  16. I will be out in lake okeechobee
  17. That's great, wish I can do that. I have a 21ft bass boat. Love the space but there is disadvantages
  18. Going to okeechobee this weekend. Just wonder how it's been after this cold front. Went two weeks ago and was slow, 6 fish all sub 2lbers. Mainly on a white fluke and one on flipping. Any info will help. Will be fishing out of South Bay near slims fish camp. Thanks.
  19. No problem, hopes it works out.
  20. Search on YouTube for bacrack rod storage. Tacklejunky81 does a vid on it. Looks very nice. There on tackle warehouse and don't break the bank.
  21. I went looking into lake master plus but for satilete overlay it's olny around the lakes, that won't work. Is navionics all around Florida or just around the bodies of water? Thanks
  22. I would recommend to go to manufacturers websites and look at the 21 foot bass boat specs. There should be something about trailer length with tounge closed.
  23. Thanks, I will be picking one up soon. Probably the lakemaster plus because $50 cheaper and I have heard good things about it. Thanks for all the help.
  24. Now wouldn't lake master do the same thing and save me $50. It has contour lines but won't show up at places I will be. I will just use the satellite overlay to see where to go and use the units gps to go and come back like you said.
