So I've narrowed it down to a couple of choices and can't decide. Just got my boater's safety certification done and have done some research regarding fiberglass and aluminum but still can't make a decision. This is going to be my FIRST boat and I've still got a lot to learn including trailering but that'll be done in time and before I hit the water of course. Don't really have family or friends that own boats or know a lot about boats so it's difficult to get decent help. I'm going to post a few links down below, if you guys could help me decide that would be great in regards to pointing out pros and cons. Majority of lakes around me are midsize, the biggest being Lake Winnebago and probably Sturgeon Bay water. It seems like bigger fiber glass boats are preferred for Sturgeon Bay water but I'm not sure if I want to invest in one until I'm done with school, but not sure if smaller fiberglass boats or aluminums will cut it up there in Sturgeon Bay.
