  1. Thanks for all of the feedback guys! Its been awesome reading through your discussions and thoughts. Everything has been documented and taken into play. :-) Feel free to keep commenting!
  2. Nice! Thanks for the responses guys! Reading through them has been very informative and helpful!
  3. Thanks guys! Your responses have been awesome. As a fisher myself(Been fishing since I was about 14). I find the aspect of nature to be the most exciting thing for me. Being out on the lake, pond or river with nothing but you, maybe a colleague, and nature. So peaceful. The next thing is hooking a fiery crappie that fights like a 5lb bass, only to be a tiny little crappy. LOL The most challenging part for me is finding and hitting the right spot...Knowing the patterns by the time of day for certain types of fish, etc. Thanks for the responses so far! Keep em coming! Also, if you are interested in the project I am working on, you can check it out here: Facebook Page I would love to connect with you all on the page and talk more so be sure to "Like". Anyway, looking forward to hearing from more of you! Troy
  4. Hey guys, I have a big project I am working on and wanted to get your opinion on somethings. 1). What is the most challenging thing you find about fishing? 2). What is the most fun and exciting part of fishing?(Obviously catching a fish ;-) But anything else you find exciting?) I would love to hear your opinion. Troy
  5. Happy Vets Day To All Who Fought and Are Fighting For Our Country! Fish On!
  6. The biggest i've caught was a 12lb large mouth bass in a pond in South Carolina. Granted, I don't fish as much as some of you here. ;-)
  7. Sounds like a great weekend to end off the summer!
  8. Thanks guys! I've taken notes on all of your advise and plan to implement most or all of it into the new game. Keep the ideas and recommendations coming!
  9. I usually fish alone. If I fish with buddies its either for social or some competition between us if we are feeling competitive.
  10. Thanks guys! You've given me some great ideas thus far! I have about 32 fish. And majority of them are mainly main game fish. I like the idea about the tournaments. I'll definitely try to add those modes in the game. As far as the lures and baits, that is a great idea to make them realistic as possible. To patent issues or anything, I will have to name the baits different names probably. I will have to look into that more. But thanks guys so far for the feedback. Keep it coming! Also if you guys want to hear more news about the game and when it is released. I'll be posting it to the my Facebook page here. I also try to update this thread as well. I'll be posting a demo there as well as soon as its ready. Thanks so much guys. Looking for to getting more feedback! Troy
  11. Hey guys, I am currently working on a Fishing game that is underway. The game is set to be released in about a month or two. I am excited about the gameplay thus far and I really think it will be the best fishing game on the mobile market. I just wanted to see what kind of ideas you guys had for a mobile fishing game. I want to make it realistic as possible while still making it not TOO realistic where your average player can't enjoy it. I also don't want to make the game too serious but have a fun vibe too it. All of the graphics have been made already. And they look spectacular. and the game is about 60% done. I'll be sharing more information on this at a later point. So I wanted to get some ideas about some the best fish to include in the game. Right now I have a list of about 40 fish that are in the game and all can be caught at different shapes, sizes(depending on your rod, bait, etc). What are some fish types you would like to see in the game? Also list the bait the fish likes as well. Troy
  12. Thanks guys! Awesome replied
  13. Hey guys, I am looking for some good mobile fishing games to play. I've done some searching and found a few pretty good games to play. I was just wondering what are some of your favorite mobile fishing games to play on your phone? Feel free to post links and any comments and ideas below! :-)
