  1. Decided to try out the new Live Target swimbaits, (blade on shad is not included) only downside so far is that they reak of chemicals. Also picked up 2 Crazy jigs, 1 Crazy Blitz (chatterbait football head) and 3 of the elite series for the trokar hooks.
  2. DSG had a deal 5 Yum plastics for 10 bucks, so being the responsible planner I am, I picked up 15 bags. 2 Christie craws 2 Christie Critters 11 Packs of Dingers
  3. Thanks! Hahs, I barely do, Calc is a mountain of a subject. I agree, it's gonna change the world, and how we manufacture. Even medicine with the printers that can print in flesh.
  4. Nice, if I may what college are you attending? as I'm looking at a few in Mass. WPI mostly. Before this thread gets closed for not being fishing enough, lol.
  5. That's wicked cool, I am planning to go into engineering in college, got another year to go until then. Looking into mechanical or electrical.
  6. Ran wire through it, then sealed the holes.
  7. For my Calc class we had to do a final project of anything related to calculus. I chose to use our 3D printer to print a lure. I printed a spook lookalike, because of the simplicity of designing. If interested I'll include the math, I used to prove it would float before printed. Still awaiting the paint job, as all my school has is purple filament. Math: I used this function, as it mimicked the shape after revolved around the x axis- y=0.01x³ - 0.13x² + 0.51x + 0.14 Then rotated around the axis with this integration, from 0-7 π ∫((0.01x³ - 0.13x² + 0.51x + 0.14)^2)=Volume Volume=9.92cm^3 Now calculating the density from the mass given from the printing program Mass 7.83 grams So the density is .789g/cm^3 The density of water is 1g/cm^3 so this lure will float, and it does.
  8. Caught a 1 pound smallmouth on a 1/2 inch fluke, just dangling it to get some panfish under a dock. I was like 10 then.
  9. Update on DSG. Megabass Pop max and PopX and S cranks, 2 for 30. Got an S crack in black back chart. And a pop max in black orichio
  10. LiveTarget deals at DSG 2 Gizzard Shad Rattlebaits 1 Baby Smallmouth Crank 1 Smelt Jerkbait 1 Frog Popper 20 Bucks
  11. Just adding to my crankbait arsenal, the GY was on sale for 5 bucks, had to buy.
  12. Watermelon Red Flk
  13. Tackle bag was on sale for 41, couldn't pass that up, but now I have new unfilled room........that's dangerous . Wanted to give the Project Z chatterbaits a shot. Also couldn't pass up the Sunfish or the new Rapala Shadow Rap Shad. Buddy swears by the top toads, decided to give em a shot. Whooper Plopper just interested me, see how that does in my waters.
  14. Well went to Cabela's the other day, while I was bored, (I should learn by now that's a big mistake). Bought a Lucky Craft cb-100 in American shad, was on sale for 4.99 couldn't pass up that deal, only bought one as I had to get some Ice Fishing stuff aswell.
  15. It's not a lot, but i can't stop myself when going into Dicks.
