  1. I always thought a spot/lmb hybrid was considered a meanmouth too but after some googling it seems that's not the case. I've caught several spot/lmb hybrids in the James arm of T rock, and one Smb/spot meanmouth at Stockton. Brian's fish def looked to have some LMB genes in person. Can we come up with a kickass name for spot/lmb hybrids then?
  2. Nice! I was thinking about going down there a little later after the water lowers a bit since its unfamiliar terrain haha.
  3. Has anyone ever fished the Spring river/Shoal creek area between Baxter Springs and Galena? I've heard of guys putting bass boats on it, and it looks awesome on satellite. Wondering how navigable it is and what to expect fishing wise.
  4. Oh it's mandatory at this point
  5. I'm such a goofball in the mornings. Singing songs about plenty o bait and practicing my Minnesota accent. I must be a real delight in the boat ?
  6. Looks much mo better on a mobile screen

  8. Woke up late on Saturday so I decided to hit something local. Put in at Olathe hoping to throw a few bonus wipers or saugeye in the mix. Lake was in prime turnover with cloudy water and green scum all over. A few bites on the main lake but it was painfully slow. So I went wayyyyy up the creek in search of better water and found a bunch of short fish on a shakey head but nothing of real size. There was tons of bait stacked up in the usual saugeye and wiper spots but they wouldn't eat anything I had, and I tried everything.
  9. Thanks Coty! Both days were a major grind just to find bites. I think I caught maybe 18-20 fish in the two days combined. I'm gonna miss fishing with you guys this winter, it's been some of the most fun I've ever had and couldn't have met a better group of dudes
  10. Major kudos to those guys. They thought outside of the box and made it count!
  11. Hi guys it's Keith. Been lurking around awhile and figured I might as well join up!
