clear most days and shallow 2 ft to 3 feet diving rapala. last year I was bangin them out with same.

I hit a lag in my catches lately and im assured the crank bait im using is good enough. However, it seems things have slowed with catches and im befuddled of what may be going on. Do I need to spend more hours, or do I need to relocate to another part of the lake and try my luck. Last year I could walk, this year is hilarious fishing from a wheelchair. I use to think I was the best bass man around, but im assured Im not now. ANY tips in short to help out would be great. The prespawn was good, but its has changed and I cant figure it out. is it the sun, heat?

I didnt get a chance to get out due to immobility.i was dumb glued to tube and weather. got hot today gonna be cold tomorrow like a yoyo.felt nice but i know it wouldnt last. im in northern montgomery county maryland and would be please if anyone skipped tv and just went and got lucky.that way next time in gone fishin not wishin i was fishin.

GOT THE TRU SKINNY from the engineer at ugly and powerpro. ugly never in 2 yrs had a rod returned due to cut guides and powerpro said due to new roundness the older braid was abrasive but last 7 years has been good line. so the new stainless guides are better conditioned and tested well as the run braid through it for days to test them.

your post is the only one this month that had logic and realism and i thank you for assuring me.

best answer yet. ugly tested braid for 30 days on the guides and no wear. i do agree if tip flys off its easy to put alum ox on it.fuji type repair kit 4 tips. let ya know in 30 days.if no wear...,it wont wear down.

rod was 42 with tax.without reel' cant we get along.im poor. i other other 400.00 saltwater combos as well. aslo a btr12000d deepwater shimano combo.

appreciate that but someone with ss guides can share if guides still smooth with braid.i cant rely on scale and why would a rod comp sell inferior products. ugly is not a bottom feeder company.

rod is a new ugly stik 6 .6 gx2 not older models. i have never seen any braid saw into any guides on any rods in years ....and hope not. thank you for your hard earned time to respond peeples.

i dont have anymore money, just got a gx2 rod and yes i use braid to stop losing lures in thickets. what i pose is....do you or have you owned recent rods with stainlless guides or eyelets and how do or will they hold up to lmbs?i heard 10 yrs ago they were funky and cut braid. but why sell megamillions if the guides aren't good enough> of course its a gx2 ugly stik. any generous feedback in short will do.

btw brotherman.....whats your take on stainless steel guides or eyelets vs alum oxide? mines got stainless. never had them before on this newer ugly?

reel shimano fx 4500 and ugly gx2 6 ft 6 spinning superstar looking rod, will they hold a lmb? i dont have deep pockets like i use too. they were bottomless before.im semicrippled now limited income like a bum but have an apartment.so im somebody i think.rod is spiffy looking but wont impress a fish,whats ur take on my bombastic combo?if ya gotta know whats what pm me and i will send a direction on what you inquire about combo.if ya know the rod and reel thats all good brotha fisherman of mine.

YOURE not alone. its been 9 months since i have kissed my first fish, one day its 50 and windy,the next 40 and sleet,the next 70 and tstorms althe while being landlocked into a wheelchair, we need sane weather with a routine first b4 we All can get our lmbs on. dont ya agree?i gotta ghetto out of this area and my apartment while im still alive and more sane than others.being too bold makes one old fast. ive been there. now im old and slow. but spring needs to climatize in order for a routine outing occurs. thats my one centz.too much and need more of a happy camper lmb.

for gods sake between weather and bils and no car im so deeply confused and convoluted.tomorrow will be 50 degrees with passing shower and the next with 72 degrees and maybe tstorms....yes tstorms, i dont know if i want to get soaked or be chilly?i have deep cabin fever and need for sanity to get out but have to take buses to get to water hole.if you were ME....what day would be best suited to try bass fishing with my new combo.I see sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo many others lucky or skilled and im so lost wondering what is. Im in a highly urbanized area which most only get busy for the almighty dollar when for me, the almighty first fish would do better. i have some rain gear but not the best and being in a wheelchair, the last i need to be is to get stranded in a storm and not knowing when a tstorm will hit. its been so whacked where i am.i need no pity just some kind words and to be wiser than sorry.everyone needs money as well as i do, but im unable to work or climb roofs like i use to on 40 foot ladders and getting real ill of being a couch fisherman wishing i was ishin without staying up all night to beat the urban assault we have here in montgomery county md. ty fellas. now you see my true colors. no more fishing...lmao. soaked in storm or cool and a fool...whats the verdict? in my building people are in and out all night and early morn. need i say more about sleep deprivation and monkeys.so to speak.
