the jury is still out on recoil guides.some guys like them them and some hate them.imho i would get the regular signature series with fuji titanium frame sic guides.imho they are the best guides made.
everything made by man breaks.if it didn't we wouldn't need things called warranties.now maybe you could politely answer my question as to if you have ever used a medalist reel or not.

great idea r.w..i also think people shouldn't comment on equipment they have never used.people should at least try something before they comment on it.trying your friends stuff for a day would be a fair test.owning something for a year would be even better.
i have seen braid twist when using internal tube jig weights all day but it doesn't ruin it like mono.it won't cause it to tangle up on you.to untwist you cut off your lure and let out the line then reel it back between your fingers.
i have a 6-6 mh trigger johnny morris signature series.imho it's just about the best rod made.it has the best guides made and the best reel seat.i love it and if i could i would switch all my rods to johnny morris signature series.
even if your right why would a company make such an otherwise excellent product and then put on lousy paint?that's like buying a rolls royce and the paint comes off.it makes no sense.they should do something with the paint because it really cheapens and otherwise fine product.
yeah it does!!!
