  1. We were fishing the black shale banks that transitioned to mud\gravel and back to shale on the points. Worked well.
  2. My buddy barely set the hook and I netted as he came off hook. 20.5" , hair over 4'
  3. How can a professional use this in a tournament? Doesn't that kill the whole point of finding and catching the fish you find since it brings the fish right to you?

  5. I live in West Knoxville and if you ever want a fishing partner give me a shout. I'm just really getting back into fishing and am at the moment a bank fisherman but looking for a good fishing kayak and building up my tackle and gear. Where Turkey Creek comes into Lake Loudoun will be very lively area come spring and lots of wood on that shore when not exposed with draw down to fish. Give me a shout!

  8. I never thought about that! I just assumed a lower case L.....and I see them on Ebay for around $45 to $60. I guess not too bad for $25 each. I like them so far anyway.
  9. I really like them and can not find a thing about them anywhere. It is a little l not a capital L and I can find no pictures of them. They also say 5 bearing. And on the reel casing says SUPER STOPPER II. Any ideas on original price on these? Are they a good deal at $25 each? I am going to have to buy a bale for one it is bent.

  11. I bought his 6'6" BPS Extreme MH Spin Rod and put my Pfleuger Infusion spinning reel on it. Got the rod for $50 and looks brand new. Fishing for smallies in the morning! His reel was a 2500 fi which was not worth $50, a 2500 Fl maybe...
