I totally get it. For me it was for simplicity. All 5 I listed had multiple different line ups at some point. I guess I more think about the artist around whom the band's were built. Which of course wasn't the original question so what do I know.?
Went out for a couple hours after work hoping to find them hitting spinnerbaits again but it wasn't happening without the sun. Picked up the jerkbait and boated 3 with the best weighing 3-6.
Got out today for about 6.hrs. hooked up 3 times on a jerkbait but only boated 1 which was o.k. as I didn't want to deal with trebles with numb fingers. Also got 2 on spinnerbaits after the sun came out towards the end with 1 weighing 3-2.
Wow flashback! About 100 years ago [25ish acually] I would buy these smoke shad colored soft jerkbaits from a company called kadco mfg. in port orchard washington. The bass absolutely killed them around here. Had I known that business was gonna go in the tank.i would have bought a 1000 of them. @OCdockskipper thanks for posting about those jerkits I'll have to check them out.
Lol! Well if I have to narrow it down all I can say is it's a heck of alot closer to 6 than a million. I did finally get out for the first time this year and moved the needle a whole 3 clicks closer to the million mark.
I agree with Glenn about not using toothpicks as I've seen how they can damage line as the weight flops around. I prefer the peg-It's as I dont find the stops to be snug enough for my liking. Having said all this I'll add that there's been a couple times in the past where I didn't restock my toothpicks and just whittled a twig down in a pinch.
Buzzbaits are the first bait I'll throw from about he 2nd week of april until Halloween although the bite doesn't usually kick in good til the middle of may. I use both single and double buzzbaits. My singles are mostly 3/8oz.Homemade (Do.have some1/4 but don't use them much) in black/red flake and chart./wht. My doubles are 1/2oz. Buckeye lures in the same 2 colors listed as well as white. Throwing them on 7' mh/f rod -6 speed reel and 40lb. Braid. And of course always a trailer hook.
i use bio edge wands (chapstick style) in craw and frog. Before that Carolina lunker sauce and before that riverside real craw. Ive also.got a can of bang kicking around but I find it to bulky for my tackle box.
I have a 93 lowe 1032 and it has an h.i.n. no. Plate ("h" for hull as opposed to "v"for vehicle) under the weight/hp. Rating placard as well as on the outside of the transom on the opposite side. I would look at it again and be hesitant to buy if there are any signs that these were intentionally removed. It's unlikely the dfw would give you his info.
What did you get? If you looked up your motor on minnkota website you can scroll down to accessories and it will show which prop is correct for the model shown.
Which size motor do you have. The enduras take different props depending. Could be mk 6,7,8, 32 or 33. I have the 55 max and It takes the 32 which is I believe the same dia. As the 7 but has a deeper hub.
Loks like these are available for sale on the american baitworks website already.
Abw is Now the parent company of scumfrog, snagproof and netbait plus A couple others.
Bass pro sells those or something very similar. Bought 2 pks. A couple years ago but put them.somewhere and forgot about them so I can't comment on how they work.
