Hi, I'm going to be getting a female Siberian Husky puppy soon and am trying to come up with a creative name related to fishing, boating, nature, etc. Any suggestions for a girl name would be much appreciated. Thanks!
I am new to this site and really appreciate your feedback. I've heard good things about Sea Nymphs. My current boat is also my first boat - a 14' shallow Sea Nymph with a 6hp Johnson. It works great for small lake fishing. It's not very stable to stand and fish in and that's why I'm looking to upgrade. I am nervous about the motor issue with the private listings. I'm looking at my max budget at the time for a boat and if the motors were to have issues I wouldn't be able to afford replacing the larger motors. I also looked at a dealer in my area that accepts trades. They have what appears to be a very nice console '87 Bass Tracker V-17 with a 45hp Mariner. I apologize for bouncing around between the different boat styles, but your input is helpful in this process. Pros/cons of a Sea Nymph style vs Bass Tracker?
Thank you for your reply. Another one I'm considering is a 16' 1987 Sea Nymph Fishing Machine with a 40hp Mariner. The 14' is a tiller and the 16' is a console. One thing noted on the listing for the 16' is that "the motor runs great (40hp Mariner) and the only issue is the prop could use some attention, but I still used it without a problem." Any feedback on the boat models and motors is much appreciated!
Hi, I'm looking to upgrade from my current aluminum boat to one that's more practical for fishing. I found one online that I'm interested in and wondered if any of you have any input or reviews on a 1993 Sea Nymph 146 or a similar style? It's 14 ft with a 30 hp Johnson also from '93. Are these boats and motors good quality? Thanks.
