  1. A table with circuit boards on it.
  2. TacticallBassin' and Fishing The Midwest.
  3. Where's JFrancho saying he would switch hobbies before using only one lure? Mine's the same every time, black frog (probably a R2S Spittin' Wa) with a Lake Fork trailer hook. Not the most versatile, but the most fun for me.
  4. If you squint it looks kinda like a really slimy bass with a moustache.
  5. The closest thing that resembles a good sale is the Spring Classic. Go with Tackle Warehouse, your money will go farther there even with no sales.
  6. There's a bass fishing themed coloring book on TW.
  7. I've had three of the old ones for years with no problems. I haven't tried the new models yet, but from experience with the OG's I highly recommend them.
  8. I have the 8.1:1 gear ratio, it is ridiculously fast. I have only had it a month or two, but so far I LOVE it. On a side note, right now on TW if you buy one you get a rebate for a free long sleeve T-shirt, you just have to send $5 for S&H, but it says if you send cash it will not be accepted or returned. So, where does that $5 cash go?
  9. I would say lipless crankbait, and just count it down.
  10. I have some of the 4'' on the way, they look pretty good.
  11. Do Huskies have blue eyes? If so, Blue...short for Bluegill.
  12. No line loop. I've had two kinds of line on it, happened with both.
  13. I bought a Fuego XS, in November. I have really been able to use it frequently lately, and I noticed when I dial it in to cast really light lures (Ned Rig/small poppers) it will click a few times during the cast. Basically, I cast the lure while it's flying in the air the reel will make a clicking noise. It isn't a grinding noise, nor does it happen with heavier lures. So I'm thinking it is the braking system working. Is this normal or should I have it looked at?
  14. Happy Birthday!
  15. I am a better sand flea angler than you, because I highly doubt any of you are sand flea anglers.
  16. You sure they are coyotes?...BIG BILL!!!!!!
  17. They send secret agent 008, alias name Bait Monkey, to find out that sort of thing.
  18. I gotta get an emissions test done on a 2000 Chevy Silverado with 250,000 miles and the check engine light on. I'll update after it passes.
  19. Hudds also have foam built in the hook harness, to make them sit upright while resting on the bottom. This not only adds to realism but it helps keep it from snagging so easily. They also have a specially designed boot tail no one else can replicate. It's the small touches like this and many more that set apart a Hudd from a Berkeley. I say that to answer the OP's question. My first 3 "California" style swimbaits were the cheapest I could find, they didn't work great, they weren't durable at all, and subsequently they are sitting in the basement probably never to be fished again. You don't have to spend a TON of money to get a nice swimbait,. Soft plastic: Hudd 68 $24.99. Hard plastic: S-waver 168 $18.99. You won't be disappointed with either of those.
  20. I've never done one, but it seems way too subjective. Someone could rig it very easily. Check for local tournaments I'd be surprised if there aren't a couple in your area.
  21. You gotta have the deserted island question. So, you find yourself on a deserted island, you have the choice of ONE lure, what is it?
  22. The 6-6 Hoosier's got into the Quaker Oatmeal Bowl. Pretty crazy when a 6-6 team makes a bowl game, but I'll take it. GO HOOSIERS!
  23. Beat me to it. LOL Although if you have trouble with that use Nitro.
  24. A small chalkboard with chalk. Doesn't get cheaper or better than that.
