Not a huge surprise that I'm an IU fan.
I have them winning it all for like the tenth year in a row. If they can by Kensucky they have a legit shot at it.
Matt Allen was rated #1 on the "Kramer's Top 40 California Bass Fishermen's List' of 2015. That's ahead of Brent Ehrler, Skeet Reese, Ish Monroe, and Cody Meyer. Tim little was rated #11, and broke the world record for spotted bass at 10 lb.6 oz.
These guys know what they're doing.
Really they're not bad rods, they are super light and sensitive. I'm not so sure they have WAY more rod breakage than other companies, but when it happens to someone, and get no response they go on the ole' interwebz telling anyone who will listen the stink. Most other companies would just replace it. I have been using them for years with minimal problems (normal wear and tear). I think their biggest problem is customer service. If they instituted a "no questions asked" replacement policy that was faster and easier than the old system. They would start gaining a little more respectability.
So far I like it, but I've only used it here and there for a couple months. The true test will be when it's 100 degrees, 100% humidity, in the middle of a lily pad field chunkin' a frog.
Those look awesome, I'm stoked about using Japanese topwaters this year. The Tiemco Magnum cicada and Megabass Gatta X are calling my name!
Where did you order those if I may ask?
1.The "Gravy Boat"
2.Daiwa Fuego XS. I have used it for a couple months now, and still can't believe how fast an 8.1:1 reel is.
3.Daiwa J Braid. I'm interested to see how it compares to Power Pro while frogging.
