Hi everyone, I've got a small problem. I just recently purchased a Lowrance Elite 7 HDI Chirp for my kayak but now I want to upgrade my kayak to a Old Town Predator 13. The OTP had a scupper hole specifically for a Humminbird transducer. From what I've seen online, the Lowrance transducer will not fit flush in the OTP, I don't want it to stick out of the bottom and get ruined. So does anyone know if I purchase a Humminbird transducer and this Motorguide Tour Series Sonar Adapter, will it work on my Lowrance? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Allatoona- Kellogg Creek has been pretty good. I've been going once a week in my kayak. Catching them early on Flukes then when the sun gets up, switching to a shaky head. Water is in the low 80's now, I don't know how much longer they will be biting as well as they have been.

Hi everyone, just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Chris from Acworth, I live 1.5 miles from Lake Allatoona, so I fish there pretty often. I have a 60 mile round trip for work so I have a Elantra that gets great gas mileage, unfortunately it's not great for pulling a boat, so I have to settle for a kayak. I'm currently on my second season with my Vibe kayak but I'm looking to upgrade to an Old Town Predator. So if anyone in the Atlanta area has one they need to get rid of lmk I usually do a lot of reading and very little posting but just wanted to say hi.
