Thanks for the input. I'm not sold on any brand just yet, I just want a quality Rod with a good warranty. If you all have any other preferences I'm open to suggestions.

Just wanted to get your opinion of powell rods, more specifically casting models from the max and up. I am normally a shimano/loomis fan, but poor customer service and shimano dropping the lifetime warranty has turned me away. Any help would be appreciated!
