  1. Nice catch! It's very unfortunate to see snakehead spreading through out Little Seneca. They were pretty much non existent in the lake a couple years ago.
  2. Triadelphia looks great, but unfortunately for a bank fisherman it seems most of the bass hang around the mid lake flats, based on what people have said. Little Seneca looks like a healthy lake as well compared to others, based on the last time I went (>1 year ago). I've fished the whole cove from black hills to the boat ramp multiple times with no bites. Anything I caught was at black hills. Has anyone fished around the Hoyles Mill trail?
  3. I just purchased a Tat 100 for around that price point. I’ll be placing this reel on a heavy dobyns rod so the lightest lures I’ll be casting are 1/4 oz. If I notice the Tatula 100 is too similar with my h20 mettle (unlikely, but it casts a pretty good distance and I handle it well for techniques like flipping), I might as well return it and upgrade to an SV.
  4. With the quality of public lakes nowadays I haven't fished in them in a while but rather fish in private ponds. I'm looking to come back to a few spots like Little Seneca Lake, C&O around great falls, maybe even Triadelphia. How are they doing?
  5. Ordered one from sportsmanoutfitters.com for $109.99. Very curious as to how they get it for so cheap (heard they are a dropship company), but no one knows.
  6. I’ve been fishing with a H20 mettle for around 6 years since I started fishing and decided it’s time to get something better. I’m a shore fisherman who likes to use any sort of jigs, topwater, jerkbaits, small swimbaits, etc on baitcasters. I rarely use crankbaits. Currently pairing a new reel to my Dobyn’s Fury 734C rod. At first I was going to get the Tatula CT, but I’m wondering if the SV is worth the extra money. It seems really nice, but the casting distance may be a problem. I don’t flip and pitch with baitcasters very often. Also had a random question: how do casting distances compare between the Tatula CT and Curado K?
