  1. I cut shelf liner to fill in the upper portion of the box. My hooks never move from their spot anymore.
  2. Yep sorry for the confusion. And the 3.8's will work fine in that situation, the only ones I wouldn't put in the 4007 is the 5.8's. A little to bulky and long, lots of twisted tails. I use a screw lock 5/0 EWG made by VMC for mine and have no issues with durability. Also Mend-It is a great product to try. Fix up the baits you used that day when you get home and there as good as new for the next time around. No doubt the Super Flukes are great baits, but the Keitech's and Super fluke both have there time and place for when to be fished. Some people can justify the price on some baits, but for others its just not worth it.
  3. The Keitech's are tough. What size and model are you using? I really only use the five inch Swing Impact Fats. To store them I use a Flambeau 4007, with all the slots removed and run the baits vertically. I can normally fit about 10 baits in each slot with more then enough room for more. Theres six slots so I put a different color in each. I'm able to comfortably run 60+ baits in one box with no worries. I can honestly say this is the best way I have found to store them. Hope that helps!
  4. Well thats what they have been doing soo.
  5. Lol Kap has better numbers than Cam Newton this year. Maybe if the 49ers could throw toghether some sort of a defense they would be a decent team. There offensive line is like a group of fat middle schoolers. There attempt to use Torrey smith as a #1 is just plain dumb, the man is a deep threat and thats it.
  6. Spit, Divers spit in their goggles to keep it from fogging up. I do this with my sunglasses on sunny days and it works. You spit on the lens and run it in.
  7. I'm covered on clothing i have bibs and jackets made for duck hunting. But my hunting gloves don't work quite as well on a bait caster as they do with my 12 Gauge. I tried going bare and just using hand warmers but those got wet fairly quickly and were useless after that. I would never wear waders while fishing though, If you fall in with waders on chances are your not coming back up alive.
  8. Anybody have any suggestions on gloves for fishing? -Need something that is both Waterproof and able to withstand the cold. -Must be able to actually fish comfortably with, No bulky gloves. -Reasonable price, Nothing really over $60 Also any tips on keeping your hands and feet warm while fishing in the winter?
  9. I have been using the octopus for years, great for the wacky rig. I do hook a lot of fish in the eye with them though when they are in deeper water or close to the boat.
  10. Heres advice from Bryan New. He placed 2nd in this years FWC and 1st in last years, on the co angler side. GO FINESSE!
  11. Early on: U2 Metallica System of a down Alice in chains 3 doors down RHCP Now: George Strait Alan Jackson Travis Tritt more than i can name. still all the rock
  12. My first thought is that heavy rod may be tearing the hook out, but it also could be the strait braid with trebles. I was having that problem when throwing it on my friends Heavy flipping stick. I changed it up to a 7'6 Med Hvy St.Croix mojo, haven't lost a fish since, I'm using 50 lb power pro. Could just be you need to change the treble up, Maybe try a EWG treble.
  13. What line and rod are you using to throw the pompadour?
  14. Thanks for you're help guys. I picked up 5 pounds of various soft plastics for 15$ instead. Brands include; PTL, Zoom, Strike king, V&M, Kalins. In all I got about 215$ if you bought them from TWH. Pretty darn happy at the moment.
  15. Are 2004 Bagleys worth anything? Are they any good atleast? Found some for pretty cheap and just wanting to know.
