  1. Zillion first choice second choice daiwa advantage htsl. I own both and there great. Most would say tat but I don't and have never owned one. Spinning would be daiwa Sol or advantage, with a certate as a second only due to additional cost. I have beat the hell out of my advantage spinning reel falling down in rivers and hiking down steep banks. It still works great!!!!
  2. 4" cane thumper worm wacky rigged or a baby brush hawg with a very light shakey head.
  3. The very thin braid cuts skin very easy and I stick with 20.
  4. The action of multiple brands is diffrent. Strike king may have the most choices or rapala. Limiting to one brand takes the spice out of life
  5. I have the stainless upgrade pair and love them. Texas tackle got this right.
  6. My first thought was the roller bearing as well!
  7. The best deal is to trade for what you want. Be mindful of all the new and fun gun laws in your area. I just got stuck with I-594
  8. Use it in the same conditions you would run strait braid
  9. I use 65 and frog as one of my primary methods. I have used 50 as well. I can bomb a spro frog on 65 further than I care to fish it. In heavy cover I cannot see as far as I cast. It works for me.
  10. Matt Allen and most likely the delta
  11. I like a brown frog. Of the ones I have and use it works coast to coast
  12. I use keitech baits and I never seem to have any issus strait out of the pack.
  13. Trick out your reels and do a deep cleaning. New bearings and upgraded drags cheap overall gets your gear ready for the new season and scratches the itch for a bit
  14. Yes 4lb Berkeley xl casts much better
  15. Nope you seem to have those to.
  16. Did you loose all your gear? Seems like a lot of new stuff. I scanned the list but did not see any hard jerk baits to start the season off with?
  17. I fish my lec70mhf with 15 lb p-line 100%. 1/4 and 3/8 most often
  18. 4 or 6 LB sunline Sniper depending on reel size. 1500 size reel or smaller go with the 4.
  19. I like watermelon colors for clear lakes, red working very well in the evening and gold working well during the day for me. I also have blueblack for off colored waters. I vary the size if i do not get bit.
  20. I hope you at least wear painters pants so you have a lot of pockets!!!!
  21. They get stuck in trees just as good as any other from what i have found. Frogs are the exception to this rule!
  22. I use a bag when i am in my yak and when i ride in anothers boat. I use my back pack when shore fishing or even wadeing in a stream. I do not have a fishing dedicated back pack but a regluar one works just fine for me. I dont bring a net so that is a situation i have not come threw yet!
  23. USN 1996-present Submarine qualified since 1997!
  24. I would love a full size pic of that tree! I would use it as ammo to convince the wife to let me help decorate the tree!!
