  1. InvisX is known to be one of the more limp brands of Fluorocarbon lines. You could also try a fluorocarbon coated line?

  4. Same here. I'll be interested to see what happens, I thought it was nice and enjoyed the selection of both fishing and camping/apparel gear. If you haven't used those coupons, would you still be in possession of them or their codes?
  5. What are some things you would like to receive (or buy for yourself ) this holiday season?
  6. I like the new profile picture!
  7. I am a fan of US manufactured products.
  8. Looks like there is multiple lines of Silver Sonic. Which one do you own, do you know?
  9. Not sure if this is the place to put this, but it seemed like the best place to me. I'm looking at getting a good pair or chest waders for creek fishing, but not sure where to start. I want a dependable pair that will hold up to the wear and tear of rigorous creek fishing, and that are, and will stay waterproof. They do not have to be insulated, I can wear layers underneath to keep warm if need be, and would prefer them not to be insulated for the warmer months, unless someone thinks otherwise. I would like them to be a good quality pair that will last me a lifetime. Price is not a major concern, but a good deal is always nice, like if a very nice pair is at a good price. What are your suggestions? Thanks guys!
  10. I think your spillway situation is a little different than a territorial or resident bass situation. I think that fish are just being opportunistic and using the spillway for its fresh supply of food and oxygen, not necessarily them being territorial. I could be wrong, but that's my thought.
  11. I 2nd this. Good luck getting parts from Shimano. Daiwa is where you want to look if you are talking about Customer Service, they are great. Never had to deal with Lew's CS but love their reels as well
  12. I usually fish a War Eagle Night Time Spinnerbait with a big, single Colorado blade. I'll throw it right into the thickest cover I can find. Usually it seems like fish seem to hold tighter to cover when the water is really turbid like that.
  13. Good luck. Hope for a quick recovery so you can be out casting!
  14. Where dis you hear this? This sucks!
  15. This was my point. You don't want graphite because it will flex b
  16. Thanks to all vets and active duty service. Freedom isn't free.
  17. Sorry, replace that with solid metal... Ie. Aluminum, Carbon, or magnesium. Just not graphite. I'm jumping at the bit to get my hands on a Tourney Lite btw. How do you like yours? I just need to find one for the right price.
  18. The difference is in the frame. You want Metal, no graphite. Period. As for bearings, I want at least 8.
  19. I like BPS but I hate the idea. Reason being is when Dick's bought Galyan's. That was enough to put a bad taste in my mouth when it comes businesses acquiring other business
  20. No more canoe huh? Why so?
  21. Or just start paying the bills lol, then you can hound her about that new handbag!
  22. Take your eye off the bait more often then, haha!
  23. Can't stand them. By the end she's holding mw, not the other way around!!
  24. Baits, they for sure use different baits that aren't from sponsors. As for rods/reels, they probably don't, or at least not very often.
  25. Here is a good article on situational awareness. http://www.artofmanliness.com/2015/02/05/how-to-develop-the-situational-awareness-of-jason-bourne/
