  1. I caught a 20 inch LMB on an 1/8 oz. Beetle Spin.
  2. I've never seen a bank fisherman do this. Are you talking about those who fish from the bank or those that wade into the water?
  3. Free shipping automatically gets applied during checkout.
  4. Here you go, on clearance and free shipping. http://www.sebile.com/sebile-hard-bait-sebile-action-first/sebile-action-first-squarebill-sunfish/1311923.html#start=6
  5. Cabela's had an in store sale on them while supplies lasted. They had several of each gear ratio (5.3, 6.6, and 7.3). I picked up a 6.6. There were guys walking out with multiple reels (one guy bought 6 of them). I couldn't pass up this deal.
  6. Recently picked up a Quantum Exo PT100 ($99) and a St. Croix Mojo Bass 7'0" MHF ($89) rod.
  7. Sebile's website says "Free Standard Shipping with today's order".
  8. The Sebile Action First Squarebills are also flatsided and on clearance on their website
  9. Great deal. If you sign up for their E-newsletter, you get a $25 off $100 Coupon, making it a sweeter deal.
  10. I like to try to fish for some panfish every once in awhile just for fun, but there is no way I would have spent $60-$90 on a rig to do that. I bought a light action Lew's spinning rod and reel for less than $20 on Ebay and it has served it's purpose perfectly, with no problems at all. I think the same seller has a 2 for $30 listing right now. I may jump on that deal just to have a couple extra rods around so when I take my young nephews fishing.
  11. I saw that, but as you mentioned shipping will offset any savings unless you buy a bunch of stuff. Overstock charges $4.95 flat rate for shipping.
  12. I'm really having good luck with the Strike King redeye shad this year.
  13. As are the Strike King red eye shad lipless crankbaits.
  14. It depends. I'll sometimes go out during my lunch hour to a nearby pond. In this case I want to cover as much water as possible in the short time I have, so I'll be more like your coworker. On the weekends, I'm more like you and spend more time working certain areas with multiple baits before moving on.
  15. Fenwick HMX is around $80.
  16. I picked up one of these, and they have a left hand model. http://www.cabelas.com/product/Home/Cabelas-Offer/Rods-and-Reels-Offer%7C/pc/105625080/c/576325980/sc/576329580/Lews174-Tournament-MG-Casting-Reel/1303680.uts?destination=%2Fcatalog%2Fbrowse%2Frods-and-reels-offer%2F_%2FN-1115585%2FNs-CATEGORY_SEQ_576329580%3FWTz_l%3Dundefined%253Bcat576325980&WTz_l=undefined%3Bcat576325980%3Bcat576329580
  17. Cabela's currently has the Lew's Tournament MG (aluminum frame) for the same price as the Laser MG.
  18. What ratio do you need? They also have the Lew's Tournament MG, in 5.4:1 and 6.4:1, for $79.99, which is also a great price for a really nice reel. I've got one of these and may have to grab another one.
  19. I also went to Dicks and picked up the following from their clearance; 3 - BooYah spinner baits 1 - Strike King spinner bait 2 - Matzuo frogs 1 - 10 pack Berkeley havoc flukes 1 - 5 pack Eagle Claw weighted hooks Total paid $10.71
  20. I did this yesterday to get a spinnerbait and a chatterbait off a partially submerged tree I some poor sap got hooked into.
