As if you didn't mind a "young intrusion" on this thread enough, I decided to make fun of failing memories. A few old couples used to get together to talk about life and to have a good time. One day one of the men, Harry, started talking about this fantastic restaurant he went to the other night with his wife. “Really?”, one of the men said, "what’s it called?" After thinking for a few seconds the Harry said, “what are those good smelling flowers called again?” “Do you mean a rose? the first man questioned. “Yes that’s it,” he exclaimed. Looking over at his wife he said, “Rose what’s that restaurant we went to the other night?”

You have stumbled upon a treasure. That particular lizard turns invisible upon someone spotting it. Of course, it's not practical for fishing, but as a collector's item I dare say you could get 50 grand for it.

How do you gain confidence in what color to throw? Use some colors, have success with them, find some favorites, and throw them.

The following colors should do you. Hard baits: Sexy Shad (any shad color) Chili Craw (bright red) Chartreuse/Black Back Soft Baits: Green Pumpkin (Watermelon Red Flake works, too) Junebug (black/blue) Smokey shad (white/black)

He's pretty funny. I appreciate the contribution he's made to the sport. The only thing I don't care for is his laugh. SUPER obnoxious.

This is a fishing related item, but I once read Shaw Grigsby saying that a bass once jumped out of the air and engulfed his buzzbait before it hit the water. I thought that was pretty awesome.

I don't have to worry about that until I turn 15.

I read about someone calling shiners "Central Florida Swimbaits." If you think that something's wrong with shiners, you obviously missed the pictures.

I've used a squarebill like a jerkbait, craw like a buzzin' frog, curly tail worm as a jig trailer, buzzbait as a spinnerbait, and many more. It's up to your imagination.
