    I was up around Points West today. Saw the bass on the beds, they just didn't bite for me after 9am. Caught 2 *hybrids*. Here a pic of the bigger one. Caught using bass colored popper.

    Use the snap swivels for my crank baits all the time, never had a issue with them.
