Lunker Addict

I just purchased this reel a couple of weeks ago and it has been acting weird. Every now and then when I start retrieving a bait the whole spool spins so I am not able to retrieve the line. I have the drag tight and it will still spin freely. After a while of keeping the line loose and spooling the line by hand it will start to work properly. Has anybody had an issue like this? I am thinking that I am going to take it back but I wanted to make sure that it was not an operator error issue. Thank you all for your time. I am hoping that I didn't get a dud. Thanks, Jeremy
